Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad you loved the home and its beautiful setting, but we’re sorry the pool lighting and golf simulator issues put a damper on parts of your two-week stay. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and giving us the opportunity to improve. We’re happy that, despite these frustrations, you enjoyed the home and Palmetto Dunes overall. Thank you for staying with Hilton Head Properties Realty & Rentals and for your recommendation.

Wonderful guest! Communication was clear and timely, the home was treated with care, and everything was left in great condition at checkout. We’d be happy to welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts.

We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the spaciousness of the house and the outdoor areas for grilling and relaxing by the pool. It’s great to know you found the library to be a cool feature as well!

Hello Keisha, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We're thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay in our beautifully decorated and well-maintained home. It's wonderful to know that the variety of activities available within the property made your stay enjoyable and convenient. We're delighted that your family loved their time here. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the location in Palmetto Dunes, the well-stocked kitchen, and the comfort of the bedrooms. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, especially the refrigerator not working during the first part of your stay. That, along with the media room challenges and worn outdoor furnishings, understandably impacted your experience. We also appreciate your notes about the lack of seating for a larger group and the limited hot water—these are all helpful points that we’re actively reviewing. You're right—these are all fixable, and your input helps us prioritize updates that make a real difference for guests. We’re committed to providing a home that matches its setting and value, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back once these improvements are made.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to seeing you again!
