Outside, you'll find 2 large decks with plenty of seating and a barbecue grill, griddle and a fire table perfect for enjoying meals al fresco or simply relaxing in the sun. The property also has a lower deck that opens up to the river & has an inviting swing for your pleasure.

Additionally, the area is popular for hiking, camping, and wildlife viewing, with the opportunity to see deer, bald eagles, and other wildlife. Hamilton Branch is a very quiet neighborhood. Overall, the Hamilton Branch of the Feather River is a beautiful and exciting destination offering a range of activities and breathtaking scenery.
