Caddy Shack 1 is within view of Mallory Country Club and is located in the VILLAGE OF MALLORY. This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 car garage with a golf cart garage is only minutes from Sumter Landing by golf cart. This rental has a 4 seater golf cart with back seat drink holders and seat belts. Can accommodate two golf bags and has a cooler. Higher speed Internet provided and cable TV. 3 Tv’s throughout the house.
This Beautiful and spacious Gardenia has a covered private lanai with glass floor to ceiling windows that open with screens for your enjoyment.
Great kitchen with everything you need to entertain, cookware, dishes, wine glasses etc. New appliances. Dining room table seats 6, 2 bar stools or the table in the lanai that seats 4. There is also seating for 4 in the lanai with 2 chairs and a 2 seater couch set. If you don’t want to cook Mallory Country club is at the end of the street, eat in or order pick up.
Large master suite on the right side with his and her walk-in closet, two-sink vanity, and huge Roman walk-in shower. Ironing Board/iron. Completely private from your guests. The two additional rooms are on the other side of the house with a full bathroom.
This home is set up for comfort and luxury so you can experience all The Village Life Style has to offer.
Nightly music and dancing in 3 Town Squares, Tennis, Pickle ball, pools, Rec centers, shuffleboard. This area is growing with fun adventures inside and outside The Villages. WE CAN’T WAIT FOR YOU TO BE OUR GUEST.

Beautiful home, well equipped for guests to stay and cook as needed, in a great location. The golf cart is perfect for cruising around the community. The owner communicates clearly and is very responsive to any needs or requests. Highly recommend staying here.

Fun at The Villages

Mark was a great host and answered any question promptly. Property was in great condition and loved the master bedroom. The location is fantastic. Less than a mile to lake sumpter landing. Had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic First Time Visit to The Villages

The location was fantastic and the owner exceeded our expectations in flexibility and helping us navigate The Villages. The house is large and we able to host a Packer game party with a few friends.

Great place to take a family to visit the villages. Great location and super clean. Golf cart was a Percy compliment to the house and neighborhood.

Perfect Quick Trip

The property was immaculate! Beds were super comfy & the location is so convenient to all of the Villiage amenities! The hosts were easy to communicate with & the house was well stocked to meet our needs. Would definitely recommend!

Property was exactly as described. Very nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. Mark, the host, was very helpful & responsive in helping the guys book their Golf T Times. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The house was clean and spacious. It perfectly accommodated 6 adults and it was a huge advantage having access to a 4 seater golf cart. The host was very responsive to our questions and facilitated getting us guest passes. However a very inconvenient discovery was that there was no toilet paper or toiletries such as body wash or shampoo. My experience is that these things are usually provided.

Thank you for staying at our home in the villages. Guest passes are not a problem at all. We normally keep a good supply of Paper products and soap.

Then Caddyshack is very nice

The house worked out great for us. It was clean and the pictures and description were accurate. Mark was very accommodating and communicated well. The location is outstanding - close to most things in The Villages. The neighborhood was nice and was a nice area to walk my dog. I would stay again.

Great Location

Choose this property if you are looking for ease of access to property and amenities in Sumter landing. House is well stocked with supplies and very clean. Host is available if needed. Would stay at this property again.

Very nice house. Great location

Enjoyed our stay. Want to live here. Never used our car after we arrived. The golf cart was perfect for getting around. Mark was very responsive to answer our few questions and very helpful.

Beautiful Home!

This was one of the cleanest and well stocked VBRO we have ever stayed at. Beds were super comfortable beds. Kitchen stocked with everything you would need. Absolutely gorgeous home. Host was quick to answered any questions and was very helpful. Definitely coming back!

Great location and property!

The property was extremely clean, had all the appropriate amenities (hair dryer, coffee pot, blender) and in a great location close to the pool (needed in 97 degree weather) The golf cart provided was also an added bonus. The host was exceptional..even going out of his way when we ran out of gas in our own vehicle! We will definitely be coming back to this location. Bob and Deb (Lakewood Ranch)

Fun in the Villages

Great location in the Villages- it was a short ride in the 4 seater golf cart to Lake Sumter, and we ended up also riding to several of the recreation centers around the Villages, some of which were very cutely themed inside (most have the same amenities). The house was very nice and well equipped (I appreciated the ground Starbucks coffee to use in the Ninja coffee maker). Mark was extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home in an amazing community

The house was easy to find and get started with, and Mark, the host, was very helpful with helping get us started. The house is very clean and I love that it’s decorated with the golf theme in a very fun and entertaining manner! The location was ideal because it’s so close to Sumter Landing, which is where lots of great restaurants and activities can be found. It’s also close to Mallory country club, which is a very nice place to visit. Everything we needed to meet our needs is there - cooking stuff, washer and dryer, etc and it’s all new and in great condition. The golf cart was really nice to have and we had a fun adventure cruising around in it. Mark was very friendly and enjoyed answering our questions and providing suggestions. The home has a book on and about The Villages which was super helpful and informative. We plan on coming to The Villages again and I’ll definitely rent here when we do!
