Private, clean bungalow in a lush and serene backyard in the heart of Los Angeles. Close to many of LA’s attractions such as LACMA, Petersen Auto Museum, The Grove Shopping Center, Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Culver City, Downtown LA, and the Beach! Trendy coffee shops, and tasty local restaurants and delis are a short walk away. Farmers' market is 2 miles away. Easy access to LA's main highways.

The space

This studio features:
• Full kitchen including gas stove, microwave, combo fridge and freezer, double sink, and all cooking essentials
• Full Carrara tile bathroom including tub shower combo, fresh 100% cotton towels, and high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel
• Living space with a comfortable mid-century 2-seater sofa including pillows and a throw blanket, a shelved coffee table, and a 55-inch smart TV with Roku (free Netflix and Hulu included) on a tilting bracket to adjust the angle of the TV to your satisfaction. You can tilt the TV to face the bed, the living, or your workspace
• Dining area includes a round dining table for two and full dinnerware and glassware sets
• Designated workspace with hi-speed WiFi
• Sleeping area with queen bed includes high quality memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets, duvet, and extra blanket. There are linen curtains to separate the sleeping from other areas if desired
• Private access and an outdoor patio with chairs and table great for dining and enjoying LA sunshine

Guest access: Private gated entrance is provided through the side of the main house. Studio entry door features a smart lock for easy and convenient access.

Other things to note: This is a newly remodeled studio, designed and decorated by me and my husband who is a Licensed Architect to create a comfortable and cozy space to enjoy what SoCal has to offer and to feel at home. There will be a complimentary bottle of wine and a basket with local goodies to welcome you. For monthly stays, we offer a laundromat voucher upon request. There are two laundromat nearby. One is 0.3 mile (7-minute walk) and the other one is half a mile (10 minutes walk) away. Free street parking. There are typically plenty of spaces on the main and adjacent streets.
