Perfect location! The home is modern, spacious, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard has multiple comfortable seating areas, and we especially enjoyed relaxing around the firepit. The primary suite on the second floor is generously sized and has a large balcony with beautiful ocean views. The beach park is just a block away and has a scenic walking path along the coast. Downtown is nearby with an incredible selection of excellent restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous home

We enjoyed every aspect of the house. Great kitchen and cooking utensils, comfortable bedding and couch, lovely outdoor seating areas. Great neighborhood.

Great house in a great location!

This was such a great house. Walk down the street to the park overlooking the ocean. Excellent backyard for relaxing with family. We will definitely book this house again.

This house is perfect for a stay in Santa Barbara. The house is very clean, spacious, and well-supplied. Location is wonderful. This was our second stay and we'll be back again.

Modern Sea Escape

Great home located just a short walk from park/beach trail. It is on a quiet street and has plenty of outdoor areas to relax. We will be back!

WEEKEND RECALIBRATION

Great spot to tuck away for the weekend. Great road rides up the mountains. Great spots to eat in the harbor… or better yet the grill and the hot tub. House has every detail thought out. Such a great stay.

This property was perfect for us and we loved our 4 day vacation here. We know the neighborhood from previous visits and it is great, but even better with the location of this property. We walked to the beach and the park. The kitchen is fantastic and so well equipped. We cooked all of our meals and enjoyed the yard and the hot tub. The master suite and bathroom is mind blowing, but all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were great as well. Thank you for letting us stay in this special house!

The kitchen of this home was well appointed. We had everything we neede except the groceries. The master suite was outstanding!. The other two bedrooms were nice as well. The backyard was very nice and comfortable. This home is conveniently located near the beach. We were able to walk to the beach and park area. We would definitely be willing to stay there again.

Absolutely Wonderful

A little 4 day get away with the family. Modern Sea Escape house is so great close to a number of attractions, enjoyed getting up and walking over to the beach. Neighborhood very nice. You will love this place, my family and I did not want to leave. :)

Updated, clean and uncluttered. Inside and outside spaces to spread out. Loved the rooftop for morning coffee and emails. Great walking location.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay — the home is in an amazing location, appears newly renovated, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals.The main downside was a noticeable pet odor throughout the house, especially in the living room near the couch. We also found termite droppings underneath the gas grill and some in the master bedroom’s bathroom area upstairs.It was still a pleasant stay, but at this price point, I believe these issues should be addressed to ensure the experience matches the home’s otherwise high quality.

Great location and home for family gathering

We rented this property for my husband’s birthday celebration and it was perfect for our family. I have a two year old granddaughter and the house was safe and accessible for a toddler- great backyard to run around and the proximity to the park with a playground was an awesome bonus! Due to the location being in a residential area it is a little further from downtown and state street- but worth it for peace and quiet and the location’s other amenities. I have been telling all of our friends to rent this house for their next family gathering!

Everything it says

We had everything we needed for our stay and more. Everything worked, house was impeccably clean and uncluttered. The neighborhood was very quiet, close to all amenities and downtown SB - we were all very impressed with the property and how comfortable it was for everyone. It’s more compact than you think, but the spaces are well thought out and more than enough room. Would definitely come back to stay!!

Wonderful house a walk away from Shoreline beach park

The house is everything you see in the pictures—and so much more! It’s in a very quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from one of the most beautiful parks and beaches in Santa Barbara.The house has everything you could wish for and more. It’s extremely clean, comfortable, and managed exceptionally well. The only thing we realized we were missing was a blanket to sit on the couch and watch TV. We mentioned it upon arrival, and first thing in the morning, we received three super fluffy and cozy blankets—such a thoughtful touch!The backyard is fantastic, and the kitchen is exceptional!

Santa Barbara Getaway

My husband and I booked the Modern Sea Scape property - mainly because they allowed dogs. We took both of ours and couldn’t have had a better vacation. This home was extremely comfortable and located in a charming neighborhood. Great location- we were able to walk to the pier and all around the Funk Zone. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking a joy. Place had everything we needed. Great communication with the property management company- Haller Coastal Homes Will definitely rent here again. Zero complaints. Two thumbs up!!!!
