• The electrical system is a bit delicate. There are designated outlets for hair dryers, space heaters, and window AC units.
• The stairwell leading to this unit is shared; The back patio is a common area shared by everyone in the building.
• Cameras and Noiseaware - Motion-activated cameras outside: This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.
