Welcome to Denver! This loft is conveniently located with easy access to the convention center, coors field, pepsi center and mile high. A perfect location that provides restaurants, shops and denver’s best night life within walking distance.

The mountains are also a short drive if you’re traveling to the denver area for the mountain scenery and adventure.

The balcony overlooks 15th street where you can walk to confluence park, where the platte river and cherry creek merge, or you can choose to hop on a bike or take a leisurely hike along multiple paths and trails.

With 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, balcony, full kitchen, you’re sure to enjoy the accommodations as a great alternative to a hotel. There is a queen sleeper sofa if you need to accommodate more guests.

Accommodations include flat screen TV, high speed internet/wireless, large windows, fully equip kitchen, Keurig coffee/tea, washer/dryer in unit, hotel quality linens and towels, covered secure parking.

I had an amazing stay in Denver this past summer. Nancy and Mike were attentive, helpful, and wonderful hosts from start to finish. They went above and beyond to accommodate my stay, and the apartment was impeccably clean and well stocked. The check-in process was seamless, the location was perfect, and I was truly impressed overall. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, nice apartment

Great location directly next to the bridge to river/downtown and near quite a few great restaurants. Spacious and comfortable, and large patio overlooking the not excessively busy street. Apartment was clean and modern and communication was good with Nancy. I appreciated the additional details like plenty of coffee pods available, extra towels, and cable/bose audio. Garage parking is very convenient. Some minor things to be aware of are that the apartment while quite large, doesn't have a door between the kitchen/bed so I'd avoid any heavier cooking for smell transfer, and the curtains don't block any light so expect to get up with the sun. Fortunately, you can't hear the freeway at all from the apartment and only really street noise during rush hour or weekend nights. I highly recommend this spot for a long term stay.

Wonderful Property in an Amazing Location

Mike and Nancy were very gracious hosts. We stayed in their LoHi loft as I started at a new position in Denver. The loft was more than we expected-very spacious, off street parking, nice kitchen, great view. And so many wonderful restaurants within walking distance plus the REI mothership and great walking and running trails by the river nearby to decompress.

Amazing Spot!

The apartment was clean, spacious, and in an unbeatable location. Was very surprised at the extensive outdoor patio/deck, seemed to be one of the few units in the building with one. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating as well, I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking in the area!

Fantastic stay in a great location

Nancy + Mike were excellent, responsive hosts with a thoughtfully arranged and well-appointed unit. The location is very walkable and enjoyable to spend time in for an extended stay;we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend their apartment!

Great LoHi property!

This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to Downtown Denver in a walkable neighborhood. The hosts are great, had no issues at all. Definitely recommend!

A Great Option!

This made for a really nice extended stay. This place was well equipped while unfussy. I found it to be exactly as photographed. It’s located in a quiet building in a relatively quiet neighborhood near just about everything. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. I appreciate their effort toward a careful and professional presentation.

Great and safe location, very comfortable apartment where we were happy to go back to at the end of the day. Balcony and underground parking were amazing treats, the balcony is actually much larger than in the pictures. The hosts helped us immediately with some internet issues, and the apt came generously stocked. Would recommend

6 months of ease!

I stayed with Mike and Nancy for 6 months in 2022 - originally I was set for four, but I extended because it was that easy and comfortable to be there. Their place was perfect - clean, great light, comfortable! Located right in LoHi I was close enough to everything I’d need and far enough away to feel peaceful coming home. Mike and Nancy were great hosts as well. They checked in constantly, were super easy going and willing to travel to visit and fix any issues that arose. All around - it was a great great stay and I’d recommend their apartment to anyone :)

Amazing!

Book your stay now! The location is perfect. Great proximity to the mountains, walking distance to the best restaurants in town, and garage parking. The actual apartment is great too. Super clean and has a wonderful layout. So great to have a patio too. Mike and Nancy were great hosts and answered any questions super promptly.

Great condo in the heart of Denver

I had an extended stay in Denver and this was the perfect place for it. Loved the location it’s walking or biking distance to everything and close the highway as well for weekend ski trips. The unit was really big for a 1bd and it’s maintained very well. The hosts were easy to communicate with and it was a really easy and good experience. I’d definitely stay again the next time I’m in Denver. Highly recommend it.

Great apartment and location!

I stayed at this space for 2 months, and I miss it already! The space is great with everything you need available in the apartment, with laundry and garage parking! The location is absolutely perfect. Nancy was a great host and available when needed. Thank you Nancy for a great stay, I will definitely be back!

Long term stay

I stayed at this property for 3 months and loved it ! It’s in such a great central location which makes walking everywhere very easy, so many good spots to explore in the neighborhood. The pullout couch was great for guests & having all the kitchen appliances & cookware was a plus. I would recommend for a short or long term stay in the Denver area.

I can't say enough about my time at this LoHi Loft.--It's a fabulous location-- within walking distance of anything and everything you would want to experience in Denver proper! The bed is incredibly comfortable. The porch is a great spot to relax and have a glass of wine and the natural light is amazing as well. The great restaurants and hot spots are at your fingertips. I highly recommend this spot!
