IMPORTANT - HOA RULES. At least one rental guest must be 25 or older and stay the duration of the reservation. HOA are checking IDs and refusing entry arrivals that do not meet this requirement.

Quiet time after 10 pm and before 8 am
No pets
No hanging towels on railings
No smoking or vaping inside condo and balcony
I parking spot per unit parking pass $35 and
Armbands required $6 per person are paid to HOA
