Come to our beachfront condo and enjoy the sounds and exquisite views of the ocean! While staying in our modern 8th floor (nine story building) cozy condo with a modern nautical touch, sit back and relax in the loungers on our beachfront balcony with a direct and unobstructed ocean view, enjoy a quiet breakfast while watching the pelicans stroll along the beach or the dolphins play, or watch the beautiful sunrise and sunset.

We provide a comfortable, modern getaway perfect for a couple or a family of 2 adults and 2-3 kids. Kids will love their privacy on the two bunks that can be closed off from the living area by the pocket door. The living area is spacious with couch, chair, bar stools, ceiling fan, and dining table with chairs. The living area opens to the balcony providing your family a direct view of the beach fifty yards away.

Our unit has tile throughout, including the oceanfront balcony. Our modern kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, linens, ice maker, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The pantry with shelves is conveniently located in the kitchen for storing your groceries and the additional shelved cupboard provides storage for cooking essentials.

The washer and dryer are located in the condo and a portable drying rack is provided when you have small items to dry on the balcony. While staying with us, you will enjoy all the comforts of home, including free password protected WiFi, books, magazines, board games, puzzles, and movies for those lazy days or relaxing evenings.

For your relaxation after a day at the beach, enjoy the tropical landscaping around the pool as you relax at the gazebo under the ceiling fan. A shower is provided for your convenience before entering the pool or returning to our condo. Bathrooms are conveniently located at the pool area.

Seacrest has a beautiful lobby with a covered entrance and on-site security guard. You will find carts in the lobby to use when you arrive and depart, as well as, two efficient and reliable elevators. Restaurants, shopping, and amusement parks are within a short distance.

We are committed to maintaining a family atmosphere for your relaxing enjoyment while you stay in our NO SMOKING, NO PETS condominium located directly on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico.
