Anytime guests encounter anything that is not to their satisfaction, we always want them to contact us as soon as they perceive an issue or concern so that coordinated action can be taken. In this particular case, we were only made aware of a possible issue by the cleaning crew (within an hour after guest departure) and we immediately engaged professional expert contractors to evaluate and eliminate any potential concerns for future guests and to provide ongoing protection for the property in general. We certainly have and will continue to take an active management approach for any and all concerns which are brought to our attention while any guest is in residence or, if they prefer, following their departure. While we appreciate and value after-the-fact review comments, we always request and encourage on-site real-time feedback from guests so that we can take timely action to address any concerns as soon as they arise. Of course we are dependent on guest feedback and with it, we aim to continue to maximize every experience!

We are always glad when our guests enjoy our condo and the beautiful view. Our condo is fully furnished and we make every effort to keep our unit stocked with everything our guests need for a comfortable stay. We encourage our guests to contact us when they arrive, during their stay, or after they leave if anything is not to their satisfaction so we can replenish supplies or make replacements. Because guests’ preferences are different, we try to provide flexibility (e.g. removable/adjustable plug-in air fresheners, various combinations of linens/mattress covers, etc…) so our guests can customize their experience to meet their individual needs. The lockbox system approved by the Seacrest Association is located at our unit’s door and offers multiple access conveniences such as easy check-in, secure key storage while at the beach, and easy key access for the whole family. We consider the comments from our guests important and use them to continually maintain a comfortable, clean, and cozy condo for our guests’ vacations.

I am sorry that the condo unit was not exactly what you were looking for. Of course the unit is professionally cleaned and inspected after every guest leaves and we fully expect, and have always received, a high level of cleanliness and functionality regarding every aspect of the unit. We certainly would request the cleaners to promptly return to the unit if any guest let us know they were not totally satisfied upon arrival. Similarly, if something such as a TV control has been misplaced, we certainly would have provided another upon request. We advertise the unit for up to 4 persons, and the silverware certainly provides a full place setting plus extras for that number (we don't provide plastic of course). In our rental agreement with each guest, we always encourage direct contact with us regarding any concerns upon arrival, and throughout the duration of the stay, and we clearly indicate that we provide one roll of toilet paper and that we do not supply other paper products. We realize that these things might be expected by guests and we want to make sure they arrive at the condo with the personal things they need to have the best possible stay with us.
