Luxury River Loft sits riverfront and is just down from the Tennessee Titans stadium. You are able to enjoy your walk down 2nd Avenue as you walk to Broadway. It's a great location!

The queen bedroom features a charming loft-style design with open ceilings, offering a cozy and private space that's perfect for those who enjoy an airy and open layout.

The third bedroom offers a clever use of space, with a twin bed and a second pull-out
mattress beneath it. This bedroom has a curtain for privacy. The layout maximizes
comfort and is ideal for guests who don't mind a more intimate space.

The property is located near a scenic train track, adding to the authentic downtown atmosphere. Most guests enjoy the occasional passing train as part of the lively neighborhood vibe. However, if you are a light sleeper, please take this into consideration.

If you find clean laundry in the dryer, feel free to set it aside for housekeeping to fold later. Fresh linens and towels will be provided for your stay, so there's no need to use the items left in the dryer


$300 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.

From time to time, packages related to property upkeep may be delivered. If one arrives during your stay, we may kindly ask you to bring it inside for safekeeping. This is a rare occurrence and won’t impact your stay.

Early/Late Checkout and Early/late bags drop off is available for request upon availability for only $50.
