Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is walking distance to the Cape Coral Beach, Yacht Club and famous Boat House Tiki Bar. This beautifully decorated Yacht Club home is located on the most prestigious street in all of Cape Coral and comes fully furnished for all of your vacation needs. This home has an outdoor screened lanai and large back yard and patio for grilling on those summer evenings. Each bedroom has a King Bed with large flat screen TV's and full internet service. The living room has a large 70" TV for those movie nights. Three bicycles, and coolers are located in the garage for a relaxing day at the beach. Super quiet ceiling fans, new ultra quiet hurricane windows and doors and new extremely comfortable mattresses will guarantee your stay will be peaceful and rejuvenating. This home is brand new to the market and the owner has had 4 prior VRBO rentals in the cape coral area, with an average of 4.9 star reviews. This home is also listed as one of the 1st 8 homes built on in Cape Coral.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood

I loved the layout of the house, the usability of it to serve a meal to our group and have plenty of space. Also there is a small beach within walking distance. That made for a wonderful Florida afternoon.

Great Winter Getaway

Recently remodeled home in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Comfortable beds and furniture. The photos were accurate. The home is well maintained and in good condition. We would definitely stay there again.

Great home in a nice neighborhood.

Loved the house. Location was underwhelming due to our own unrealistic expectations. The house is very close to the water but that doesn't really matter considering everything is private property nearby.

The nicest place and best savings

Everything about the places tells you someone spent time putting the home together. The beds are all kings with pillowtopso tops and everyone here sleepy amazing. I normally don’t sleep well but I did here.

Perfect vacation home

We stayed at this perfectly located property in Cape Coral for four weeks. The location is absolutely perfect. This newly renovated three bedroom home has all the amenities needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house is very clean and well kept. You can walk to a beautiful beach and tiki hut for drinks and food. It's a short drive to all stores and a variety of great restaurants. The property owner was the perfect host and provided us with any requested extras. We would definitely recommend this property for an enjoyable home away from home vacation.

Cute house, nice location

Overall a nice stay, house is very cute and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood, good location. I was not given the check in code therefore had to wait 2 additional hours before I could finally check in and basics were not supplied like shampoo, conditioner, or hand soap in the bathroom. Minor inconveniences, but thought it was worth mentioning.

Nice house, safe area, disliked check in and check out

The house was nice and clean except the wood floors turned my feet black from dirt. The cooking utensils are dated. I didn’t like the check in and check out process. Kath was very nice and worked around us but it wasn’t necessary. Out of all house I have rented this was the first where I meet with someone. I was not happy that this rental agreement had to be signed after I paid my full price of house. This should be upfront on the website. The book also stated that we could check out with out seeing anyone? But that wasn’t the case. Kath came the day before we left. The book should have some suggestions in it for people to look at like restaurants, bar, activities in area, etc. Overall we liked the house and area but not all the details of checking in and out! We do thank you for having us at your house! But just a few things need to be tweaked for a perfect stay.

Thank you very much for your review and were pleased to hear you liked our home. I will try to answer each concern you had. We will be changing our check in/out process at the end of the month as it sounds like this may be an inconvenience to our guests. As to the cooking utensils, many of these are part of the Cutco "vintage collection" which were quite expensive. We chose these as this home was 1 of the 8 first homes ever to be built in Cape Coral and wanted to go with that vintage theme. We apologize about the flooring, as it is a brand-new floor and have reached out to our management company to remedy this issue immediately. As to the Rental agreement, on Feb 25th the rental agreement email was sent by VRBO before the booking took place. Once the booking was accepted the same rental agreement was sent by VRBO and was attached to the acceptance booking email. We did not receive the rental agreement back prior to March 20th, so our process is to have one of our team members reach out to our guests to make sure a signed copy of the agreement is received. In your case that agreement did not come back to us until after your final payment was made. We work very hard to make sure our guests enjoy every aspect of their stay and will continue to improve our processes based on our guests' suggestions. Best, Dan & Jen Williams

Great home in a great neighborhood

All positive things to say about the home and location. All was as listed. Home is newly remodeled, very comfortable and had everything we needed including a cooler and beach chairs. There are also 4 bikes. The only negative was they required an in person check in and check out with their property manager company. The lady was nice, the meeting was fast and she did work around our time schedule... but it just seemed very pointless. She pointed out the book that has all the rules (that we had already seen) and asked if we had any questions. It was just a hassle and seemed extremely unnecessary. I've stayed in plenty of properties through vrbo and never had to meet with anyone. A couple of days before the trip when I heard about this I asked if we could skip because we had a tour planned during the time they wanted to do it and was told it was required to "protect both parties"... still dont understand the point. Thank you for working around our schedule, but I would rethink the check in and check out process.

Florida Ventures has been renting vacation homes in SW Florida for 9 years and has found the check-in procedure to be very beneficial and enjoyed by most of our guests. Typically, guests have questions about things to do, places to eat, beaches to visit, and general questions as to rules and operation of the home. The check-in procedure also allows our guests to notify the property manager of any issues or existing damage that may have occurred prior to occupancy so those issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently. The property manager will always work around our guests’ schedule to make check-in seamless and quick as possible. We work very hard to keep our properties in pristine condition for our guests and this is just one step in that process.
