right by highway 209, middle of kerhonkson, nothing fancy, 9 acres plot, no frills, this place is not fancy, but it is your own, it is right by the highway, like other homes on the road, there is plenty of land to relax, park, unwind, if your looking for the ritz carlton, this is not it, but if you want bare essential, private home, good price, close to hiking, everything , etc.. this is great

Couch , sink , stove top , shower , toilet , this is right on highway 209 so it’s conveniently located to everything ,perk is having your OWN private space conveniently close to hiking , trails , town , and the land is vast of you like to explore . 9 acres behind building to right and left , feel free to explore the Rondout creek
