Short and long-term stays welcome

This was our favorite visit and stay experience in Exuma. The house was spacious, comfortable & had everything we needed. The best part was being right on the waterfront with gorgeous views and the sound of waves lapping. There’s a scheduled shuttle that helps get you to the right location in town and pick up is included too. If the water is calm, you can walk out waist high at low tide past the rock formations. We saw fish and starfish along that area too.The owners checked in on us often via text and made sure we had what we needed. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

From the day we booked our trip Michael and Roseanne were always very accommodating and responsive. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. Bella Vista Breeze was very accommodating. Not only was it stocked with everything you needed but we also loved the outdoor shower!!! Our favorite moment was swimming with a turtle right out front of Bella Vista Breeze. It was so beautiful and relaxing right on the beach. We are already planning our next trip. Exuma has to one if the most beautiful places! Michael and Roseanne recommended going to see Dee and Danas restaurant right on CocoPlum beach. I have to say that was by far THE BEST MEAL on the island. CocoPlum Beach and Haulover Bay are the 2 must visit beaches, make sure you study the tide charts and go at low tide!!

The villa is right on the water with stunning views. It had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, spices and oils to games to beach chairs, floats and snorkel gear and a Yeti backpack cooler. We spent a lot of time on the porch and loungers in front of the villa. It was perfect. The hosts were available 24/7 and were very helpful and accommodating. They provide their own guide to Exuma which is one of the most detailed we’ve ever read. We loved our stay here!

The pictures are exactly as it appears in person, the beauty of your stay and the views are remarkable! The room, the hosts, are nothing short of perfect. We lost power one day( short period) we lost water ( short period) once we let our hosts know… everything was restored and resolved. The hosts are 100% wanting you to have the best experience ever. Amazing Hosts in an Incredible Location

We recently stayed 9 glorious nights in this charming seaside villa to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. The hosts have thought of everything here and were so accommodating and helpful. Magical ( Heaven on earth)

Wow wow wow , Bella Vista Breeze has everything you could possibly need or think of. Steps to the water, Michael and Roseanne are great host, I’ve been planning this trip to Exuma for over a year and they’ve answered every question in a timely manner. The unit was very clean. Great for kids, Has an awesome outdoor shower and BBQ . They’ve a book there with tons of info. There is a pool , shuttle into town . Restaurant right next door. Sunrise to die for . We didn’t want to leave. You can snorkel right outside of the unit . We sat right outside our unit to see the sunrise. The water is a magical blue and changes colors as the tide comes in and out. I’ve rented about 15 different places and I’ve to say, this one was the best one I’ve ever rented, and Michael and Roseanne were the best host I could ever want. You can order groceries and have them delivered to your unit as well . I can see why this is a 5 star unit, it is perfect in every way. If you want perfection, book this unit without hesitation. Thank you Michael and Roseanne

Let me start by saying wow!!! Just wow!!! The owners, the customer service, the property, the amenities, the locals, the WATER…WOW! A to all of it! The property owners are absolutely marvelous in their guidance, recommendations, availability, and have it all together to ensure your stay is nothing short of impeccable! The location for first timers and repeat guest alike is absolutely stunning. Inside the hosts have literally thought of everything and you will find it abundantly equipped with ANYTHING you need for a day on the water! After all that’s why we’re here right?! Look no further than the properties of these two awesome individuals and right at Hideaways!!! Alongside this villa is a quite handy little restaurant with a menu boasting something for everyone. This listing leaves nothing to wonder as it is exactly as stated, and again, should you need ANYTHING, they are a moment away with a knowledgeable and sincere response! Paradise!

I couldn’t have asked for a better property or property owners and manager. I was messaged daily by them checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything. The kitchen was great and we loved having the grill outside. We sat and played cards at the dining room table while looking at the million dollar view from our window. The villa was literally right on the beach! Besides being beautiful, clean and right on the water it was the little things that I loved. The thoughtfulness of having extra sunscreen for us, a book all about things to do on the island with informative opinions/information, and all the beach toys/chairs ever needed. We felt right at home. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us.

Right at Home - Bella Vista Breeze

What a great villa with everything you need to make yout stay enjoyable. We felt right at home in the centrally located unit at The Hideaways. You are able to enjoy all the amenities too! Perfection!

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, look no further! Bella Vista Breeze is centrally located on the island allowing you to drive either direction easily. Michael and Roseann were the BEST hosts. The provided us with tons of information before we arrived and kept in contact with us the entire time. Michael and Roseann have thought of literally everything you need to make your stay feel like home. The icemaker was great to keep ice on hand and to use in the cooler provided. And the outside shower is EVERYTHING!! Take a shower outside!!

Anniversary Getaway

Absolutely amazing anniversary trip thanks to the wonderful hosts at Bella Vista Breeze! We used the information packet they sent us when we booked and their guest Facebook page to plan every day. I cannot tell you how helpful this was! When our flight was delayed for maintenance issues, they even gave us recommendations of places to eat while stuck at the airport. They were quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. The villa and view were even more beautiful in person. We enjoyed drinks and dinner at Splash and loved walking over to Jolly Hall Beach where we saw several sea turtles! Exuma was absolutely amazing and everyone we met were so kind and helpful. We are looking forward to returning in the future and bringing our children to experience island life in Exuma!

Paradise in Exuma

This was our first time opting for a rental instead of a hotel during our family vacation, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Bella Vista Breeze, hosted by Michael and Roseann, exceeded all our expectations. The villa is perfect and comfortable, providing everything we needed. The location is ideal, allowing us to easily drive to all our destinations. Being part of the Hideaways gave us peace of mind, especially with the on-site restaurant and friendly staff. Our stay was truly wonderful. The meticulous attention to detail by Michael and Roseann, and the overall experience. Our 4-year-old son is already counting down the days to his next birthday so we can return, and we feel the same way. I would rate this vacation and everything that made it special a perfect 10!

Everything we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista Breeze. There are so many things convenient about the property that make it great. Location wise it's on a great beachfront, is only a short to the fish fry, is literally right next door to the onsite restaurant Splash and is only a 5 min drive to Georgetown. It is also pretty centrally located on Great Exuma which makes going to either end of the island easy. Michael & Roseann were very responsive along the way and for my wife and I the unit was all we could ask for. We cooked meals in the kitchen, enjoyed the front porch just watching the ocean and took regular walks on the beach. We can't wait to return!

Best location on the Island

Bella Vista Breeze is everything the listing describes. This is our 2nd trip to Exuma and as they say “location, location, location”. This is a true oceanfront property just steps from the water. Bella Vista Breeze is conveniently located on the island. It is close to Georgetown and there are restaurants within walking distance. We rented a vehicle and it was awesome that we could travel north or south as opposed to being at either end of the island. The property is clean, the bed is comfortable and the hosts provided many extras. Bella Vista Breeze guests have access to all the Hideaways Resort amenities as well. It also has a great private outdoor shower with warm water. Michael and Roseann are excellent hosts and available to answer any questions. Their welcome package provided detailed information on the island including restaurants and excursions to name a few and was available as soon as we booked. It was a great planning tool. They have also put together a beautiful photo book with descriptions, so we ventured to places we probably wouldn’t have. Bella Vista Breeze would be our “go to” place.

The Castrillon Family is dedicated to our guests' enjoyment from the day they decide to vacation in Exuma. We truly enjoy helping our guests plan their trip and can be as involved or uninvolved as you wish. We simply do not want our guests to head home feeling they have not seen it all!! We bought Bella Vista Breeze because we no longer wanted to disappoint our guests looking for vacancies at Bella Vista. For that reason, it was imperative that all of our guests had the same experience in all the Bella Vista Properties.
