Welcome to Golden Hour on Greenville, a newly listed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor townhome only 1.5 blocks to the Spartanburg Public Beach Access in Carolina Beach, North Carolina! Seriously-- it is a THREE minute walk!! Beach Chairs & Beach Towels provided complimentary!!

Ready to welcome you and your family and friends for a summer getaway, Golden Hour on Greenville is designed for you to have everything you need to make yourself at home, enjoy your beach vacation without worrying about extra rental costs, and thoughtfully priced so there are no hidden fees when booking.

-Front porch with dining table AND gate so pets & children can safely be outside, enjoying the beach air. A spacious table allows you to enjoy any or all of your meals from the deck, we recommend cocktails at Golden Hour to catch the sunset
-Recently renovated kitchen (late 2022/2023) with brand new appliances, counter, and sink, everything you could need in a kitchen to cook and host provided (blender, microwave/air fryer/toaster combo, coffee pot, kitchen essentials)
-3 Bedrooms able to sleep 7 guests (1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 twin trundle bed)
-2 Bathrooms (1 connected to the main bedroom, 1 Jack and Jill Bathroom connected to the other bedrooms) stocked with essentials and linens
-Second porch off the main bedroom with seating, enjoy your morning coffee outside
-1 Desk for Working from home with fast and reliable wifi (can provide second monitor if needed), as well as ample space throughout the home for those needing working space
-TV with Roku Streaming device
-2 couches and recliner chair in common space
-Kitchen table with seating inside and four bar stools near the large kitchen counter
-Brand new washer and dryer if you need to do any laundry during your stay
-ALL LINENS INCLUDED IN COST! Sheets, bath towels, AND beach towels
-Beach chairs INCLUDED in rental price & available for all you & all your guests
-NO PET FEE FOR FIRST ANIMAL (2nd and 3rd animals are charged 50$ per pet for extra cleaning needs)

-House is Top floor of a duplex, two flights of stairs up, on the third floor
-parking is available for up to four cars, five if they are smaller
-Walkable to downtown Carolina Beach (10-15 minutes!)
-Near the Greenway entrance, Mike Chappel Park, CB Dog Park, and Carolina Beach Lake
-Minutes from the Spot, Uncle Vinny's, and The Veggie Wagon!
-Self Check in with keyless code and host available for any emergencies


**There is construction on a site next to the home, they do work only on weekdays between 9-5. This does not affect the noise inside the house but we want to be transparent that there is some daytime activity**

We really enjoyed our time at the house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable, and the location was superb. The neighbors were really kind and we had no issues with finding our way around. Carolina Beach is a wonderful place to travel for a relaxing and fun vacation!

They knew the AC was not working when we booked and did not tell me, we had an unpleasant surprise. A HVAC Co. showed up without warning our first day there, but they were only there to give a quote, no repair. I let the property manager know it was 82 degrees inside but she did not respond until 10 pm. She said they would send someone to fix it but no one showed up. Travelers DO NOT TRUST these owners! This property is for sale, owners do not care about it: AC not working, wood trim hanging off above the car port, outside trash can full and mailbox overflowing…

This was the first time my family had rented a vacation home. Everything was simple and fast. The whole family had a great time including the pups! The rental was close to great food, entertainment and the beach all walking distance!

Great stay!

Thankful for this trip! We appreciate the clean, pet friendly, no crazy fees and spacious place for our family. The kids even enjoyed playing hide and seek!

Historic Rain 🌧

We were there for the historic Carolina Beach rain/floods! We made the most of it - walks on the beach and around the lake from the house plus stopping for yummy dessert. A nice option from the house. The house itself was great for watching a movie as a family or playing games. And also eating meals in. The bedrooms were very roomy and the teenage girls enjoyed having some space to themselves. Loved the porch/deck as well. BONUS: the house is on a high point, so we didn't get impacted by the floods like other houses nearby. Would definitely stay again and hope for better weather..

Beach perfect

Our week in CB on Greenville Ave was amazing! Easy check in and check out process. Hosts were great as well. The home was spotless and well equipped with everything. No need for your car during the day, easy walk to the BEAUTIFUL beach and nature paths along with a few dinner and coffee spots Our furry friend Stella was welcomed and enjoyed her walks and meeting new friends. Thank you Alyssa and Amy!! 🌊🏖️😎

Neat house near the beach

Nice clean comfortable house. Has everything you need. Beach 10 min walk. Quiet calm area. Property manager is very busy so does not always answer your messages.

Lovely beach weekend

Booked the weekend with my family and dog and we had a lovely stay! Super spacious and within walking distance to not only the beach, but many other activities and restaurants. We will definitely return!

Property Owner Was On It!

We did not receive check in or check out information from the property management team, but the owners were on it! They helped by giving us towels that were never delivered before we got there and check in instructions. The house was perfect size for our group and it was so nice to be a block from the beach and also restaurants. We will be back! Thank you for the quick communication!

The perfect place

This place was amazing, exactly what we were looking for. The house was very clean and well kept. It was great being only a few minutes from the beach and very close to the boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home!

Location was great!. Located on a quiet street, we were able to take the furbabies on a walk each day. The kitchen and bathrooms were spacious. Host replied to our questions promptly. We would love to return for a vacation here!

Perfect location

Great location, everything you need and all the essentials included. Lots of space inside, great decks. Very pet friendly, and the dog loved the deck. Communication was great with the host. We would highly recommend.

Great vacation

The property was very clean and well maintained. The listing accurately described everything provided from very nice beach chairs and towels to paper towels. Although the property allows pets, that wasn’t obvious in the condition of the house. Anyone who cannot do stairs will not do well here. There are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the door!! It turned out to be good exercise for us!!

Great home

This was a great property. Just as described. When they say all the essentials are provided they mean it. It was so nice having beach chairs and towels provided. The property was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely return.

Amazing host for an amazing property

I loved the fact that we got to bring our pup without having to jump through hoops, a bunch of red tape, and ridiculous non refundable fees! Alyssa was amazing with communicating, and even warned us about a possible power outage. As far as the the property itself; it was perfect for a family of 6. The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood is very walkable!

My Husband and I moved to Carolina Beach in 2021 during COVID and never looked back. We love living in Carolina Beach and wanted to provide a rental for people visiting that felt like home, showing them the things we love most about CB.

We live in CB & can't say enough good things about what it has to offer and how we enjoy living here. There is truly something for everyone- from the state park trails to the boardwalk to some of the best restaurants in New Hanover County to the beach! We love the community feel, the family oriented scene, and the ability to walk to sand every day. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Golden Hour on Greenville is perfectly located, just a 1.5 blocks from the Spartanburg Beach Access and 10 minutes walking to the Fat Pelican, you are close enough to all that CB has to offer but far enough away that you can still get peace and quiet. We have thoughtfully designed and built out a vacation home that should feel like your home, from the kitchen appliances, the decorations, and extras we wanted to provide. If something is missing, let us know--we can pick it up to make your stay better. We shopped locally for all of the art you see & wanted to decorate in a way that felt inviting but relaxing-- so you can truly enjoy your vacation. Everything in the kitchen & bedrooms is brand news as of April 2023!
