Suite 8502 is a refreshed penthouse residence at One Ski Hill Place — perched on the 5th floor with floor-to-ceiling windows framing panoramic views of the Breckenridge, Colorado Valley and the Continental Divide. The private deck opens to a full sweep of surrounding peaks. Guests who return call it a home away from home: spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained across multiple visits.
The interiors are recently refreshed and refined throughout. The open living area features a gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows that keep the view constant. The chef's kitchen with Bosch appliances has premium Bosch appliances and is fully equipped for in-suite cooking and entertaining.
One Ski Hill Place is the ski-in/ski-out address at Peak 8, with amenities that hold up in every season: heated indoor-outdoor pool, full-service spa, bowling alley, movie theater, and concierge shuttle. In summer, lift-accessed hiking and biking trails start at the building, and the Peak 8 gondola corridor runs directly to downtown Breckenridge. Guests consistently praise the pool and hot tubs — towels are provided, and guests describe using them daily. The Breckenridge Troll, Main Street shops, and Quicksilver lift are all within a 10-minute walk. Sleeps up to 7. Managed by Gilson Property Group.
Suite 8502 is a two-bedroom penthouse with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout and a private deck oriented for peak and valley views.
The living room features a gas fireplace, Smart TV, and large dining area. The Bosch-equipped chef's kitchen with Bosch appliances has a full suite of cookware, a granite island, and breakfast bar. Both bedrooms have premium linens and Smart TVs.

One Ski Hill Place resort amenities: heated indoor-outdoor pool, full-service spa with hot tub and steam rooms, fitness center, bowling alley, movie theater, concierge shuttle service, ski-in/ski-out access to Peak 8, on-site dining, and free underground heated parking. Pool towels are provided. Guests describe the pool and hot tubs as a daily destination — warm, well-maintained, and rarely crowded.
Additional suite amenities: central AC, in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, one dedicated underground parking space included.
Guests have full access to Suite 8502 and all One Ski Hill Place resort amenities — the heated indoor-outdoor pool, full spa, fitness center, bowling alley, movie theater, concierge shuttle, and ski-in/ski-out access to Peak 8. One underground heated parking space is included.
Entry is via keypad with your code provided through the Gilson guest portal before arrival. A brief identity verification through the portal is required before check-in.
This property is managed by Gilson Property Group — a professional hospitality company based in Breckenridge. Every stay is prepared to the same standard: thorough cleaning, quality linens, and responsive support.

The Gilson guest portal offers concierge services: private chef, grocery and alcohol delivery, airport transportation, in-home spa services, guided excursions, early check-in, and late checkout.
The primary renter must be 25 or older. A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival and released after checkout. Guests may alternatively select a non-refundable Damage Waiver during pre-arrival verification.
One Ski Hill Place is at approximately 10,000 feet at the base of Peak 8 — higher than Breckenridge town. Plan for altitude adjustment on arrival. One underground parking space is included. Additional parking is available in the resort structure. No pets allowed.

Great Spot
Couldn't ask for a better location. Steps from skiing, nice amenities in the condo and on property, easy access to town during the day via gondola and excellent staff on property to make the stay more comfortable. If you're going to stay in a town like Breckenridge, treat yourself to a top property like this if you can.

This place has everything you need. It’s cozy and comfortable and great location for skiing. Shuttle to downtown was convenient so we didn’t have to drive if we didn’t want to. Great restaurants and activities on site. Very clean.

This condo was perfect for our family. We’ve stayed in this building before twice but in a different unit. We will definitely try to stay here again next ski season! The management team was very responsive as well. Priced higher than the other 2 comparable bedrooms, but it was really our only option by the time we booked. I think paying for early check in, if the unit is ready earlier, is a bit extreme, but we didn’t end up getting there until 4pm anyway. Overall would still recommend!

Luxury Ski Hill Condo
One Ski Hill Place is an outstanding facility. Our 2 bedroom condo was well maintained, and the owners had supplied it well. It was very clean also. One thing we enjoyed was, the condo faced north over the front of the building, which allowed for great views. The couch on balcony was a plus. Getting to town is easy by Gondola or shuttle. We’d definately stay again.

The Property was excellent. A few things were not working (outdoor hot tub, sauna and steam room) but not a big deal.
The indoor pool and hot tub were excellent and well stocked with towels. The location could not be better.
The condo was very comfortable and well equipped for meals and cooking. The ski valet service was great. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location right at the mountain!
Great experience at this top floor condo at the base of mountain. Property was as described; hosts were extremely responsive from moment of booking to throughout the stay and after; pretty mountain views; ski valet; ski on/off; restaurant/bar on property; bowling alley. Also a great bonus that the gondola also goes to downtown Breck right from the condo. Loved this stay in wonderful Breckenridge for Thanksgiving. Also, hosts were super helpful with recommendations and offer a super convenient breakfast package pre-stocked in unit that saved us an early trip to the grocery store on arrival. Perfect! 5*

Amazing space and location
Condo is exactly as described in an amazing building. The bedrooms are a good size each with on suite or direct access to bathroom. The bunk bed in the second bedroom allows for four people to comfortably stay. The kitchen and living room are well laid out to maximize the space. The steam shower is a real treat for those battling the dry air!!
The building amenities are superb including the garage parking, bowling lanes, and locker/valet service. The restaurants are just ok but the proximity to the free gondola service allows you to get to town without driving to take advantage of all Breckenridge has to offer.
