KITCHEN:
Custom kitchen equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, gas range, and a large island that separates the open-concept living area, providing additional seating and helping to serve groups. It comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a holiday meal, including a KitchenAid stand mixer.
If you're looking to host a gathering with friends and family, the large dining table can comfortably accommodate up to eight people with a few extra spots at the island. It's the perfect setting for enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal together.
BEDROOMS:
4 total bedrooms with a master and junior master.
Bedroom 1 (Main / Upper Level): Luxury master suite with king bed, picture frame TV, work desk and chair, and bathroom with large custom walk-in glass shower, soaking tub, and double vanity
Bedroom 2 (Entry / Lower Level): Junior master with queen bed, large glass sliding doors with views of and patio to forest, a private bathroom with glass shower
Bedroom 3 (Entry / Lower Level): King bed with forest views
Bedroom 4 (Entry / Lower Level): Large full over queen bunk bed, with two twin cots and spare bedding in the closet for extra sleeping if needed.
BATHROOMS:
3.5 total bathrooms: 1 on the upper / main level (in master), half bath on upper/main level, and two on the lower / entry level (1 in the junior master and the other conveniently located in the hall between the other two bedrooms)

* Huge backyard with large deck

Hospitality is reflected in our home, and includes the following amenities:
* Clean, inspected, warm, accessible and staged home awaits
* Early Check-in / Late Checkout may be available

* Soaps, lotion, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and more provided
* Hot iron pressed sheets

* Daily snow removal as needed during the winter
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* Sledding is not permitted on the property. Neighbors have voiced concerns with trespassing, liability, and damage to their property. We will share some local sledding spots before checkin and we're here if you have any questions about the best sledding places near the home.
* The local law only allows hot tub use between 7am and 10pm
* Absolutely no pets allowed at any time
* 10 guests (plus a couple additional children under 12 years old) MAX
* 4 vehicles MAX - No exception. No street parking per county ordinance.
* Please put trash in bear box with lids on the cans, or in the garage. Do not leave any garbage outside.
* Surveillance: Outdoor video at front of home may be in place for security. None inside. NoiseAware sensors may be installed on deck to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible). Learn more about this system by visiting Noise Aware's website.
We kindly ask that you treat our home with respect, maturity, and responsibility. We take pride in our tasteful and well-appointed home, and we hope you'll feel the same way.
We do have a policy against abusive, negligent, or loud behavior, and our home is not suitable for parties with large crowds. There is ZERO TOLERANCE for these types of behaviors. However, we're happy to welcome mature individuals who know how to party responsibly and treat others and their belongings with respect. We simply ask that you keep the noise level down and wrap up the party at a reasonable time.
To make sure everyone has a great experience, we kindly ask that you comply with Placer County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances, as well as our rental agreement (which we'll email separately). These rules are also outlined in our listing and failure to comply may result in penalties, forfeiture of your security deposit, or even eviction.
