The perfect lake getaway for large groups or families! The expansive outdoor entertainment space includes a game room, plunge pool, kitchen with griddle/grill, BBQ pit, fire pit, plenty of outdoor seating, speakers and a triple level deck. This is the ideal vacation rental for outdoor entertaining! This spacious 3,000+ square foot home can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests with 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Come experience true lake living!

Upon entry, you are greeted by the large, open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The fully stocked kitchen has a large granite island with bar seating for 4 and a beautiful solid wood dining table with seating for 6. The living room has a large L-shaped sectional and a 75` UHDTV.

::Main level - Accommodations for 10 guests

:Master Bedroom Ensuite: King bed with luxury linens and a twin-size daybed with a twin-size trundle underneath. The large master bedroom windows allow for beautiful lake views and lots of natural light. Window treatments throughout the bedroom allow for added privacy and light filtering if needed. The master bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower and sunken tub. There is a washer & dryer conveniently located in the master closet.

:3 Queen Bedrooms
There are 3 queen bedrooms located on the main level of the home.
These bedrooms share a large full-size bathroom and have direct access to the upper level deck of the home. There are 2 custom built picnic tables with oversized umbrellas and seating for 8 on the upper deck.

:Additional Full-Size Bathroom
There is an additional full-size bathroom conveniently located just off the living room with a stand-up shower.

::Lower Level - Accommodations for 10 guests

:Bunk Room: The bunk room has 3 twin size bunk beds that can accommodate 6 guests.

:Queen Bedroom (2 guests)

Twin size daybed with twin size trundle underneath (2 guests)

The lower level has a formal sitting area, dining seating for 6, a large full-size refrigerator, an additional washer & dryer, a large full-size bathroom with a double vanity, large, tiled walk in shower with bench seating and direct pool access.

There is no shortage of outdoor seating at The Hideaway on Lake Dunlap. Chaise lounges around the pool, swim up bar seating and Adirondack chairs throughout the outdoor deck space. There is an open bar with bar seating for 3 and plenty of counter space to stir up your favorite beverages! The cooks in your group will love the lake views while cooking on the outdoor griddle and BBQ pit.

The garage has been converted into a game room to be enjoyed by all! Challenge your friends to a game of darts, ring toss or ping pong! Keep the garage doors open to allow easy access to the outdoor seating area complete with 2 couches, 2 lounge chairs, dining table for 6 and a 50` UHDTV. The speaker system allows guests to listen to their favorite tunes while enjoying the fun outdoor space!

The spacious and beautifully decorated house is perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable and luxurious vacation. With multiple bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area, this home offers plenty of space for relaxation and quality time with loved ones. Outdoor amenities include a large backyard for playing and lounging, a BBQ grill for cooking delicious meals, and a patio area for dining al fresco. Guests will receive direct messages through the Airbnb app prior to their stay including additional list(s) of items you may want to bring during your stay as well as local attraction recommendations.

Access instructions will be sent 24-hours prior to your arrival with physical address and door code(s).

During summer months, we will not be able to accommodate early check-ins. Late check-outs are dependent upon availability and an additional $50/hourly charge will be incurred.

Guests will have private access to the entire property during their stay at Hideaway on Lake Dunlap!

New Braunfels is conveniently located less than1 hour from San Antonio International Airport and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. We can arrange for transportation to and from our vacation rentals. Additionally, the New Braunfels National Airport is located less than 7 miles from downtown New Braunfels making it a perfect option for our private travels. Transportation dependent on availability so ample time is greatly appreciated.

Let us arrange for even more luxury during your stay with us! For our guests traveling with little ones, we can arrange for a Pack & Play to be at the property upon your arrival if requested.

::Pet Policy::
Pets are allowed with an additional $250/nonrefundable pet deposit. Pets will not be allowed on the furniture and crates are highly encouraged. Owners are expected to clean up after your pet outside for the consideration of other renters. Additional fees could apply if we find that your pet was allowed on the furniture or beds or if we find it was left unnecessarily messy because of the pet, and/or if we find damage to any part of the home.
