Casita Alberca, is a charming unit just off to the side of the pool. The casita accommodates 3 people and features a fully equipped kitchen decorated with handmade Mexican tiles, en suite bathroom, queen 4 poster bed, day bed and a desk.
French doors open onto a large patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cerveza surrounded by a lush tropical plants.

The property features a large beautiful pool, one that you can actually swim laps in. The poolside patio area is surrounded with tropical greenery, chaise loungers and umbrellas for comfortable poolside relaxing. Our upper terrace is a fun place to chill and a guest favorite. It’s the perfect spot to slip into the hammock, read a book, practice yoga, enjoy a private little happy hour or perhaps dinner alfresco complete with a mellow ocean breeze.

Lush tropical landscaping makes the property feel like you are in your own private oasis. Most guests spend at least one day during their visit hanging by the pool and enjoying the tranquility of the space.

About our units
-All of our kitchens come fully equipped with everything you need; including coffee makers, microwaves, toasters, utensils etc. We provide purified drinking and cooking water. Bacteriacida is included as well for washing fresh fruit and vegetables.
-Housekeeping service is provided once per week based on weekly rental. Your unit will be cleaned and supplied with fresh towels and linens.
-Upgraded free, secure, wireless internet system providing our guests with better coverage and stability. Want to work poolside? We have you covered.
-Beach towels are provided. Umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers are available for guests to use as well.

We are centrally located and close to both the beach and the village (about 4 blocks). We are at the end of a cul de sac off of Calle Coral and the main boulevard into town. 4 blocks to the west is the beach and the northern surf break. The area is a mix of Mexican and vacation homes which gives an authentic feeling to the neighborhood.

I live on the property with our resident cat, Emori. We enjoy guest interaction but also know how to respect your space.
