Welcome to the "Condalisa". This 2 bd/2 ba 970 sqft condo is located at the beautiful Palms of Destin. This beautifully decorated condo is close to several restaurants, shopping, and attractions in Destin, yet a private area that is perfect for families and those seeking quiet getaways. The condo is situated just across the street from the beach and offers all the amenities you are looking for in that dream vacation destination!
ACCOMMODATIONS
This 2-bedroom condo sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, large closet and private bathroom with a single vanity sink and an oversized shower tub. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, smart TV, and attached bathroom with single vanity and a stand-up shower. The stackable washer/dryer is in the closet of this room as well.
The large common area opens to the kitchen area, making it easy to interact with your group. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen also includes air fryer, crock pot, Keurig, and blender to make a home-cooked meal on those evenings you don't feel like venturing out. The dining area has comfortable seating for 4 guests and additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3. As you make your way into the living room there is lounger couch with trundle bed that pulls out to make a full-size bed along with a smart TV and ceiling fan. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets to easily accommodate all 6 guests.
We do provide a “Starter Pack” that does include (4) rolls of toilet paper, (1) roll of paper towels, liquid dish soap, laundry detergent, (4) dish tabs, sponge, (2) garbage bags, coffee K-cups, creamer, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
COMMUNITY, POOL, & BEACH
Palms of Destin has all the amenities needed for a dream vacation the family is sure to love. There are 3 pools with one being heated (seasonally), hot tub, fitness center, Tennis & Basketball courts, playground, community grills, and best of all two on-site restaurants!
The resort is located on the north side of Hwy 98 so you will have to cross the street to access. There are two access locations with one at the June Decker Beach access or the Henderson State park. Please note that since Henderson State Park is a state park there is a $2 per person charge.
The condo does have 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and cart for your convenience.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
The Palms of Destin also offers Shuttle Service and Concierge service during the peak seasons. The Shuttle Schedule will be posted in the condo and at the front desk of the resort. It runs to June Decker Beach access, Henderson State Park, and The Harborwalk Village.
DINNING & SHOPPING
With lots of shopping nearby, you will have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect souvenir or gift or a way to spend time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive to the Harborwalk Village or just a few miles away is Destin Commons Shopping Center. Both of these districts offer shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational activities that there is something for everyone in the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, shopping and spas, and some of the best fishing in the Gulf.
PARKING
There is a parking garage with space for 2 vehicles to park. Trailers, RV’s, Motorhomes, or anything over 4 wheels will be required to park off-site.
