You'll never want to leave the Palms of Destin! Stay here for a true 'resort' experience.

Palms Resort # 2902 is a two bedroom, two bath condo. Both bedrooms are spacious with king size beds. The master is furnished with a flat-screen TV, private full bathroom with soaker tub / shower combo and access to the large balcony overlooking the emerald Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom is also furnished with a flat-screen TV and access to a smaller balcony with bay and airport views. The second full bath is complete with a beautiful benched, tiled shower. Gorgeous furnishings, flat screen TV in the living area with a queen sofa bed, your own washer & dryer, and an open floor-plan with a furnished kitchen overlooking lovely gulf views completes this beautiful unit. Enjoy free internet and cable TV while you relax after a day at the beach or in one of our pools.
As an exclusive guest you will enjoy Destin’s largest lagoon pool beneath swaying palms or simply enjoy our many amenities including kid's activities, fitness center, children’s playground, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts. You'll also be within walking distance of Joe's Crab Shack, Bubba Gump Shrimp Factory, The Back Porch (a Destin classic), and Ruth's Chris Steak House.


The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is DESTIN’S LARGEST LAGOON POOL! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges and spacious lounging area. There's a heated pool, children's splash area and whirlpool spa.


*The restaurant and pool bar are five star; including, indoor dining, outdoor dining and pool-side service; outdoor bar with live entertainment and indoor bar with sports, music and live entertainment. The food is delicious!


The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.


Seasonally, the resort offers a complimentary, air conditioned, shuttle; transporting hourly to several beach accesses, shopping and restaurants.

The pool was gorgeous and the free shuttle bus to the beach and other areas of Destin was great! I would definitely rent again! We had a great time and the owners have done a great job of decorating and having everything you need during your stay.

Perfect Family Getaway

Condo location is outstanding, perfect for small family or small kids, awesome pool, parking always available, easy shuttle to the beach, great views from cozy condo. My kids absolutely loved it and the pool was a big hit. Owners very communicative and accommodating, highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

Communication with hosts was easy and they were very kind and informative when I had any questions. Check in and out was a breeze and the front desk associate was warm and welcoming. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. Thick curtains allowed my toddler to rest during his naps. The pool area was lovely and exactly why we chose this resort. Great trip with family!

Beautiful condo and resort!

We had a wonderful time staying at this unit. We stayed here with two adults and four teenagers. The condo is beautifully appointed, well stocked, and very comfortable! The amenities are amazing (especially the pool)! The public beach is a very short drive away. Nathan was super responsive and very helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Great Week Away

We brought our three year old twins and baby down for spring break. The pool area was great for the kiddos. Pam the owner was great to talk to. She made sure we had everything we needed. Stayed in constant communication before we even arrived. I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Resort and Condi

We really enjoyed our stay here. The amenities are top-notch. The condo was well-appointed and had everything we need. We sat out in the evenings on the primary patio. We used the stocked kitchen and laundry. Our condo owner checked in on us and made sure everything was going great. Highly recommend!!

Awesome amenities

Great place to stay. We enjoyed every thing about this place. The pools are very big it never seemed crowded. The onsite restaurant was very convenient and pretty good. We loved the coffee shop. Close to everything. We rented a golf cart and the resort had charging areas on every floor of the parking garage. We will definitely be staying again in 2902. Our children enjoyed watching the planes land at the nearby airport.

The Palms facilities are very nice - parking, helpful desk, clean and welcoming. Restaurant and coffee shop very convenient. Hall ways, elevators clean and well lit. My condo was in great condition, clean and well equipped. Great sunset side and view from balcony. Lots of winows adds to spaciousness.

Perfect location

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was by far the best location for it. Not only for baseball but for proximity to everything! Resort is nice, clean and pics we’re exactly as described. We enjoyed a lot of pool time! Pool was amazing. Unfortunately during our stay it was double red flags on the beach and couldn’t get into the water but the poll certainly made up for it. Will definitely stay again! They were very responsive with anything we had questions on. Thanks again!

Best place in Destin!!!

We throughly enjoyed the condo. It was equipped with everything we needed and then some. It was far beyond my expectations of what I thought. Pictures doesn't even do justice for this clean cute condo. It was in a perfect location with just a short walk to the beach. This was our first time visiting Destin and we were very hesitant on where to stay but I'm so glad we made this choice. This condo will be our permanent stay in Destin. Thanks Pam and Nathan for checking on during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. May God continue to bless you with great renters. See you all soon.

Delightful In Destin

Our recent trip to Destin was awesome. We have been to Destin before but we were traveling with someone who had never been before and now she loves it too. The property where our unit was located is very well maintained. They are working constantly to keep the grounds really nice. Our unit was beautiful, the furnishings are nice and there are balconies in the front and back which was really different. The owners were super nice. They sent us messages to check in on us throughout our stay and they were so helpful with providing us any information we needed. But I especially loved being able to get up each day and look out our window and see the beautiful blue ocean! There's really nothing like it. I definitely recommend this property to anyone planning to trip to the area.

Exceptionally clean and courteous!

The condo is exactly as pictured, and very clean. Pam was a great host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I had to contact her about the WiFi (it was a mistake on our part, no hers), and she responded quickly and took immediate action to help us out. The patio is beautiful and spacious, the beds are super comfy. We all slept great while we were there. The pool is amazing! The waterfalls and landscaping are so pretty, and it’s so big that it never really feels crowded. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The only thing that would make it better is if it were on the beach, but we found it so easy to drive down the Henderson State Park beach access. Parking is only $6 for the day, and if you walk down the beach a little ways, you can avoid the crowd and spread out from everyone a little bit. It was a beautiful beach, with super soft, white sand and absolutely gorgeous, clear turquoise water.

Nice week

The process was super simple and the property was super clean and communication was very easy. While the property is not right on the beach (we knew when we booked) the walk isn’t bad and there’s a cross walk. Proximity of the room to the elevator and the trash chute is very convenient. Only real complaint, which has zero to do with owners or the complex itself, but they like to dump the dumpsters very early. We had a great week and really enjoyed our stay and liked having the option for coffee and food on-site when we didn’t want to cook our get ready to go out. Would have been more perfect if I could pick it up and put it right on the beach but we booked because we liked the amenities offered since we were traveling with 4 kids 17-19.

Family beach vacay!

We booked this condo for a family beach vacation in Destin. We had stayed nearby in Fort Walton Beach at a hotel for only a few days several years ago and wanted to return for a longer stay. This condo is located on the 9th floor, and we could see the ocean easily from the main balcony and enjoyed sitting out on several evenings while there. The condo had 2 separate balconies, and it was perfect for our teenage daughters. The location was prime to everything in Destin, including the beach! And the pool was very large and surrounded by beautiful palm trees. The owner, Pam, called us to be sure that check in went well. She also gave us some restaurant recommendations and we enjoyed several places, including Dewey Destin’s and The Back Porch. We would highly recommend both places! We also cooked in the condo on a few days and we found everything we needed to prepare our meals. We highly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return in the future!
