This unit at Sterling Shores has recently been updated by new owners we left nothing but imagination we replaced everything. Granite countertops, Stainless Steel appliances wireless stereo system with fireplace. If you are looking for a romantic getaway this is it. The kitchen will make the best gourmet cook envious as it has been stocked with everything so that you can cook if you want too. Three flat screen TV's with DVDs. This unit is located right in middle of Destin, close to Big Kahuna water park and the Track suitable for kids and plenty of things to do. This is truly a vacation home away from home you will love it. Several people have booked our unit for the up coming year as they really loved the unit and it's fantastic view of the Gulf. We stocked the kitchen with a Keurig Coffee machine with all kinds of coffee. With the Drapes pulled back you can see the Ocean from the kitchen, it is truly amazing to watch the sun come up and then go down, it is so relaxing. Sterling Shores is located close to shopping centers and 10 minutes from the outlet center, if you like to shop and dine, Destin has it all and within 15 minutes of everything imaginable. The Destin Commons is just 5 minutes away with plenty of shopping, theater, Bass Pro Shop, and much more, you can stay busy just looking around the Commons. Sterling Shores is a retreat in itself it has two fantastic pools one is heated for year round comfort and fun, the other is a lagoon style you can just walk in. It has a grill area that is right next to the pool. You can play and eat right on the pool side. The kids really love it, the adults love the beach and the romantic walks on the Emerald Green Waters and the Sugary White Sands that only Destin has. It has a 42 seat theater area and a exercise room that is for the novice or the most dedicated. construction update: balcony closure date the balcony re painting was supposed to to be completed december 24th, due to weather circumstances the date was pushed back to 01/12/2026. The condo unit is accessible , but the balcony will be closed off unfortunately! will keep construction updated as I get updates from the HOA manger! Thanks

This property was amazing! The view was incredible from sunrise to sunset! We enjoyed the direct beach access, pools, and other nearby amenities! The condo is in the approach of an airport landing. We enjoyed watching the various planes come in each day! We will be back!

Despite a few hiccups checking in (not the owners fault, construction), the the property was wonderful & The host were exceptional. To say above and beyond what we expected would be an understatement.

Cozy Vacation

We stay in this condo every year when we visit and try out different units based on who we are traveling with and this unit was very nice. The house was clean, had plenty of space, came with dish soap, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and plenty of coffee for the Keurig. Our favorite part of this stay was that there was a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The wagon was a very useful tool for walking down and back up from the beach instead of carrying everything. We will be back and will likely request to stay in this unit if it is available. Also, side note, the grills are gas powered and there are plenty by the pool for use. We grilled hot dogs for my entire family by the pool as they came to visit while they were in town.

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very accommodating as we were coming to town for a wedding and needed to access the condo a little early to get ready for the festivities! Great location, beautiful view! I would definitely recommend!

The location is amazing. Private beach and the pools were fantastic. I had some questions and Paul, the manager, was quick to answer. Love this place. Can’t wait to go back.

My trip was amazing! Everything is near by and the view of the beach was everything!! Condo was very luxurious and had everything we needed! Very spacious. 10 out of 10 do recommend!

Two Teachers

We had an excellent stay at Sterling Shores! The condo was great. Had everything we needed and a great view! Beds were comfortable and living space was perfect for the two of us. The beach is right across the street with easy access and two great pools. The elevator is right outside the door so you can hear a few clangs from that when you are awake. But not annoying. Others reported that it kept them awake at night but I sleep with a box fan and had no problem sleeping at all. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our Destin trip

This property was absolutely amazing!! The condo had absolutely everything that we needed and everything is close by..being able to cook helped alot.very short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location and Condo

Great time, responsive owner and manager. Just to note there are two beds, the couch is really comfortable, but not quite a sleeper. Didn’t need to use the blow up mattress as the couch is deep enough to sleep on without re-arranging it into a square. I’m also taller (6’2”) so the square shape wouldn’t be long enough for me

The Destin area was our dream location as I used to come here to fish,
The area is close to the Gulf Stream so it is easy to get to where the fish are at. We always wanted to retire here and finally just made up our minds. We also like the Ocean and the Emerald Green Waters of the Destin area, it is so beautiful and peaceful.

Sterling Shores in the Destin area, offered a beautiful view and we wanted a place that we could look out at the ocean and relax. The beautiful sunset made up our minds to purchase
this unit as it was on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. It was breathtaking and we just love it.
