In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the wide, fine-sand beach of Julianadorp⛱️ <br><br> The park is secured by a gate, which creates a wonderfully peaceful and relaxed atmosphere—no through traffic, just the sound of the North Sea and the laughter of seagulls.😌<br>________________________________________<br><br>Your vacation home on two floors <br>(up to 6 people + baby crib)<br><br>Ground Floor: Coziness & Comfort<br><br>• The heart of the home: A spacious living area with a cozy fireplace for relaxing evenings and a modern TV (with German channels).<br><br>- A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an adjoining dining area—perfect for leisurely vacation breakfasts with a beautiful view of the canal. <br><br>• Wellness & Convenience: A separate guest restroom and an additional, separate shower room. 🛀 <br><br>• Storage room: Here you’ll find everything to make your vacation easier: a washing machine, dryer, a handcart for beach days, a Weber electric grill, a large beach umbrella, beach chairs, a net, and sand toys for the kids, etc.<br><br> NEW <br> — We have a walker in the house. For guests who’d like a little extra support when walking to the beach or who need to sit down for a quick break along the way. <br><br>Upper Floor: Dream & Relax<br>• Bedrooms: Three lovingly furnished rooms await you (2 with double beds, 1 with two single beds).🛌🛌<br><br>• Wellness Highlight: After a long walk on the beach, you can warm up wonderfully in our infrared sauna (for 2 people).🧖🧖🏻♀️ <br><br>• Bathroom: A bright bathroom with a toilet and a whirlpool tub (including shower).🛀🛀<br><br>• Extra Service: Cozy bathrobes are provided for all 6 guests!💕 <br>________________________________________<br><br>Outdoor Area: Romance by the Water <br><br>Enjoy your getaway on our spacious terrace, which offers maximum privacy. The property is surrounded by a picturesque, romantic moat that lends the garden a very special, almost magical tranquility.
