Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our only issue was the internet kept going out, but that was resolved with restarting the router. My kids loved the games that were provided.

The house has a terrible ant and small gray worm problem. I know the host is aware because there are ant baits all over the house. The house needs a professional exterminator. I took down the kitchen light fixture and removed several dead worms. I have pictures if any one cares.Other issues:Took a couple of hours to get a door code that worked when we checked in.GFI outlets in the bathroom do not work. Looking a previous comments it had been reported before.Door latch broke and we could not lock the house for a couple of days. It was fixed after a contentious exchange with the host.In general the house needs some TLCWe could have stayed in a motel for the price we paid and been much happier.

Property was wonderful. Had a slight issue with a previous guest that had left some undesirable content in the yard. When I contacted the host it was resolved within the hour. Loved the house, close to beach. No problems at all!

Wonderful home and ammenities

Myself and a few others stayed here for a few nights and loved the experience. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were clean and the location was perfect distance to the venue we came to town for as well as the beach. Would absolutely stay here again if Iā€™m back soon!

Beautiful home- Great location

This house was great for our 2 month visit to Venice. We were very satisfied and would definitely stay again. The house had everything we needed. The Host was very receptive when contacted with questions. Excellent place!

Great vacation rental

I recently stayed at Venice Beach Perfect getaway and it was a really pleasant experience. The property was well-maintained, clean, and had a welcoming feel. The living spaces were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to enjoy meals at the house. The bedrooms were cozy, and I had a great nightā€™s sleep during my stay. The hosts were communicative and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and hassle-free stay, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect 3 night stay with the dog

Nice place for our short stay as a stop on way to West Palm. The house was very clean and was provided with all we needed other than the hairdryers did not work. We were fortunate to bring our own and could plug in another socket. Ivan did address this issue and will take care of after our departure. It was great to be able to have beach chairs available. Our dog loved the dog beach. The house was in a convenient area for all we needed to do. On another note, there needs to be a coffee table-we used the table in the outside patio. Thanks for being great hosts.

Great stay!

Loved the marble floors, dishes, towels, bedding, beach chairs and umbrellas. Cutting knives could use replacing, and welcome mat (very cute hello/goodbye) but a safety hazard as it slips on the floor. Cleanliness was superb and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you, Ivan!

Relaxing stay

Clean and nicely decorated home with a sunny porch and a fenced in yard close to restaurants and stores. Well supplied kitchen with sponge, hand and dish soaps provided. Thankful that our dog was welcome. The owner responded quickly to our questions. All this made for a relaxing visit to Venice.

Beach Vacation with Our Dog

The property was in a great neighborhood that we enjoyed walking our dog in the morning and in the evening, as not a lot of traffic. Whenever we come to Venice Beach we do so to allow our dog to swim off leash, any time of the day at Brohard Paw Park and dine with her at the Old Salty Dog on their back porch. The property we stayed in was a perfect location for our needs and very enjoyable. Screened in back porch and yard was a great place to unwind after our beach days.

A new favorite

We loved staying at this property for our kiddos spring break. The home is very nice and has most everything you need. Itā€™s in a quiet subdivision and a perfect location for us. Check in and out was simple. Ivan checked in on us the very next day via email to make sure we had everything we needed. The customer service was above and beyond. They took excellent care of us. We hope to visit this property again.

Great house! AMAZING host!

Due to a family emergency we stayed in this cozy home 2 times in a very short period of time. The owner, Ivan and his wife, were nothing short of incredible! They immediately addressed any small issue going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Home is tastefully decorated, clean and inviting. It is located in a very quiet family oriented community. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation whatsoever!

Few items needed attention

Overall, our stay was good. There were a few items we had issues with. First, the two sharp knives that were in the silverware drawer are rusted. Not sanitary! Second, the ice machine did not work. Third, the back yard was overgrown with weeds. Lastly, the door to the patio could use some new rollers on the bottom to make it open and close easier. Other than those items the place was fine.

Overpriced given many existing issues

We rented this house for 5 weeks and paid a substantial amount/night. This home has several issues; some are minor, and some are major and should be addressed before it is rented again.The floors in the entire property are very slippery. Our dog continuously slipped on the floors. It was impossible to walk on the floors in stocking feet or with bedroom slippers without slipping. The front porch welcome mat slips badly. We slipped on it several times. We had a guest slip and take a bad fall on it.The master bathroom bathtub has no anti-slip pad. No anti-slip mat is next to the tub, making it easy to slip as one exits the tub.The light in the closet in the master bedroom has no globe.When we arrived, the neighborā€™s car was parked half on the front lawn and half in the street. This was reported to the host on arrival and several more times during the first week of our stay. The issue was not addressed for 6 days.A week later, another neighborā€™s car was parked on the lawn. In response to our complaint, the host argued the host argued the car was on the neighborā€™s property when it clearly was on this rental propertyā€™s lawn. After several weeks of this issue not reoccurring, we arrived back at the house one evening to again find the neighborā€™s car parked on the front lawn.The closet in one of the bedrooms has no guide on the bifold door.The ice maker in the fridge does not work.Several doors stick or will not close at all.Additional issues won't fit in 1500 characters.

We had a fun time. The house wasnā€™t far from Caspersan beach. House was clean and handled all our needs including being pet friendly, allowing our GSD, having a lovely fenced yard, and allowing use of the garage and being able to plug in our Tesla. The owner responded to all our queries quickly. Definitely a place we would stay again.
