Thank you so much for the review and i am so sorry about the towels. So thankful for the washer and dryers inside every unit though! We will double check with the team to make sure they are completely dry before folding them. I hear you on the pool too! When we finish our contruction we will have on on the roof of our addition. But i have to warn you... it will probably have a glass railing too! Haha!! Dont worry the railings are installed by a licensed contractor and meet our building codes here in the USVI. We will replace the stairs with a glass elevator as we move forward as well! You will have to return!!

We did reach out to a plumber to come by and check the water. You were probably out visiting your friends when we stopped by. We were unable to repair the bathroom sink and had to go to St. Thomas to get a faucet that would fit the sink. The kitchen sink is located about 10 feet from the bathroom so use of the kitchen sink for cold water for drinking and brushing your teeth would have to work until we could get the faucet replaced. The scalding hot water was due to user error and you only needed to move the temperature handle to the left to add more cold water. We had several text messages and several phone calls during your stay so to say I was not responsive is not accurate. I am the property manager and you never spoke to the owner of the property and for you to write something negative about him that is coming from hearsay for "someone that lives here" says a lot about your character. We refunded you $349 for the incovenience caused by the sink only having hot water in the bathroom. The tv's are samsung smart tvs and are used only with your streaming apps like amazon and netflix. Again this was discussed in a phone call while you were here. I'm sorry you stubbed your toe on the bed but when traveling to a strange place we have to expect some things to be different than they are at home and watch where we are walking and make adjustments. Again I am sorry your stay was not what you expected but we did try and address every issue for you and hope to see you again soon.
