Enjoy a peaceful, two-bedroom private home, with sweeping ocean views, in a gated community within 30 minutes of beaches, shopping, restaurants, medical clinic and tours. Guests love the large covered patio area next to the private pool and the gentle evening mountain breezes.

Well-stocked kitchen, Owner's Suite has en-suite bathroom and shower (privately enjoy the fresh air!). Relaxing. Beautiful.

Casa Victoria is a wonderful, two-bedroom, private home with sweeping mountain and Pacific Ocean views, large covered patio and private pool.

Guests love the outdoor covered patio. In the morning, as the Costa Rica jungle wakes up, you will hear howler monkeys and a variety of birds. During sunset, Guests will typically hear the howler monkeys again, along with the song of toucans. All through the day, there are gentle mountain and ocean breezes.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to enjoy your time here if you prefer to prepare your own meals. The home is approximately 30 minutes from Ojochal and all of their amazing restaurants.

Every vacation rental managed by Costa Rica Las Villas / Osa Property Management will have the following provided:

If Guests require more of the above, they are responsible for it.

Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management/Costa Rica Las Villas representative at check-in and then be escorted up to the home. Osa Property Management/Costa Rica Las Villas will be available via chat/phone number throughout the day and in the event of emergencies.

Osa Property Management's Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or one of the local regional airports. Palmar Sur is closest (~45 minutes) and has one flight per day in/out of San Jose, while Quepos is approximately 90 minutes from the home, but has multiple flights per day on either Sansa Airlines or private charters. We will arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.

The home is in a gated community. Guests will be given the PIN on the day of their scheduled arrival.

The property is within 30 minutes of restaurants, large 24-hour hospital, grocery stores, liquor stores, pharmacy.
Check-in must be completed by 8:00 pm. For check-ins between 8 pm and 10 pm there is a $50 fee and approval must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No check-ins or arrivals after 10 pm. For security and safety reasons, we cannot leave keys outside a property for pick up later. Osa Property Management reserves the right to not grant access if guests are arriving after 8 pm.


The property is a private home with no shared spaces.
Guests will have the exclusive use of the property and the PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL.
Home is accessible by most any SUV/AWD/4x4. Smaller automobiles will not make it to the home. Please be sure to rent or have a vehicle that has enough power.
Please contact Osa Property Management if you would like to secure private transportation during your time at this wonderful property, and/or transportation to/from San Jose International Airport (or any other airport).

Problems with pool
The House is well located and comfortable , the view is fantastic . Unfortunately, the filtration system for the pool was not working properly which cause the water to be cloudy and green. We complained from the very begining of our stay, to no avail. As a result, we could not use the pool although the temperature was very hot. The filtration system was changed the day of our departure, which proves there was a problem. We were promised a monetary compensation (it is as though we had rented a house without a pool) which we have not received as of now. Are the owners or/and Nick going to fulfill their promess? We would otherwise be very disappointed with Casa Victoria and Osa Property Management.

Great Stay!
We had a fantastic time at Casa Victoria over New Years. Great house- very clean, great pool, great views. Kitchen well stocked, everything (appliances) worked. Only two small issues: sliding door to pool a little wonky and the a/c in master bedroom- it seems to somehow pull in the septic smell a bit if on for a long time. Maybe the tank needs to be emptied? But really- everything very good. We'll be back!
