Vacation in our ranch style home located in Estrella Mountain Ranch, is only 25 min from the Phoenix Airport. Our home is set up so you can enjoy and relax on your vacation. We have a very open floor plan that is great for kids to move around in.

The community offers the spectacular Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course. A short drive down the road to MLB training camps for Cincinnati Reds & Cleveland Indians. The NASCAR track is also nearby. Pheonix also is home to the MLB Diamondbacks, NBA Phoenix Suns, NFL Cardinals and NHL Arizona Coyotes. The Goodyear area offers some of the newest and largest malls for the shopping enthusiast. For nature lovers, we are close to the Sonoran Mountains in the Estrella Regional Park.

The community of Estrella also offers lots of beautiful winding trails to walk and bike along, as well as picnic areas. There are tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. Also, two lakes were you can catch and release fish. The playgrounds are just a short walk for the kids to play at.

The peace, quiet and views of the community is simply relaxing and magnificent , you can't help but enjoy your time here. We enjoyed our time here so much that we chose this community to purchase our vacation home and would like to share it with you.

For stays over 60 days and an extra fee you can have access to the Yacht Club and Residence Club (gym and pool). Some restrictions apply.

Great for Cleveland Indians Tribe Fans.

Loved the house. House met all of our needs. Close to Cleveland Indians training location, great walking paths around local lakes, and hiking available to the young and young at heart. Our family group of 6 enjoyed it immensely. Good for Grandma and Grandpa and great for 5 year old grandchildren.

Comfortable Estrella home.

We enjoyed our stay at this Estrella neighborhood home. It was neat and clean and had what we needed for our time there. Accommodations for us including our pets worked very well. Thank you Tina and James.

Great Home

This home is exactly as described on VRBO. It was larger than we needed, as only my husband and I vacationed in the Phoenix area. It would be perfect for a family or 3 couples, as it has 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was very well supplied for cooking/grilling at home. There were patio chairs for the backyard to enjoy the grill and sun. It's in a nice quiet area, close to fast food and grocery store. A beautiful paved walking area around a pond that was .4 miles from the house. We were able to sightsee around the area. If in this area again, we would definitely book this again.

Very nice

The house was very nice and much bigger than we expected. Our dog loved the backyard and the Master Suite was huge and nice. Loved the king bed. Thanks for a great stay!

Home away from home

We needed a place to ‘move into’ while our home was under repair for almost three weeks. The location was perfect (2 mins from the store and Starpoint) and the house was fully equipped for our thanksgiving and a birthday party. There was even a turkey roasting pan and electronic cooking thermometer. We did have questions and the owner was super responsive and accessible. We appreciated the accommodation of our dog and loved the resident bunny that monitored the grounds. We would stay again in a heartbeat and appreciated the ability to have borrowed this home!

Estrella Mountain Ranch Vacation

We throughly enjoyed our experience staying at this home in the Estrella Mountain Ranch community. The check-in process is simple with instructions provided throughout. It is a very comfortable home away from home with attention given to cleanliness and accommodations. We especially valued the trouble free Wifi service. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the peaceful walks around South Lake. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again and appreciate the hospitality of the property owners.

A Wonderful Time!

We had a fantastic time in Estrella. The home was near a grocery store and easy access to the main road. The home easily handled 5 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware and other items. WiFi was available as well as cable TV. We had such a relaxing time in the home. It was quiet and we never heard the nearby neighbors. We wholeheartedly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Estrella.

Spring training getaway

I started to write a review earlier but, part way through, it seemed to disappear. Hopefully this is not a duplicate. This was our second time staying at this home. With the Goodyear Ballpark being only 10 minutes away, the location is perfect. Estrella is south of the training facility and in the "mountains". Hikers will love the entire area. Being in a largely residential area of Estrella makes it feel less touristy. Tina is probably the most organized person with whom we've ever dealt. The home is spotless and so well stocked, you have to believe Tina and her family spend a lot of time here themselves. And why not, it's a beautiful location with friendly neighbours. The only negative, from our personal perspective, is the lack of WiFi. Our internet usage amount is, I suspect, much higher than the average couple. We did have a US mobile hotspot modem which we we're using, but it died after our first week so we had to use our phones as mobile hotspots and incur the US data usage charges. Expensive, but we knew that when we decided to do it that way instead of buying a new US mobile hotspot. if this particular "negative" will have little or no impact on you, we highly recommend this wonderful vacation home.

Great location Comfortable home

Tina was great to work with and responded quickly if contacted. The house lived up to its description and was fully stocked with the essentials and some extras too. Neighbors were friendly as was everyone we met in the area. Would definitely visit here again.

Desert Mountains

We love Estrella. And staying in this beautiful home in Estrella added to our enjoyment. This home is attractively decorated and well stocked with all supplies (cleaners, flashlights, batteries, etc,). Everything is neat and well organized. We particularly liked how easy to get to the Goodyear Ballpark but it is also close to NASCAR, Golf Courses and shopping.

Neat and Clean property, everything that we expected was provided.

I would definitely stay there again. The home was well stocked and the weather was great. The entire community was gorgeous and close to the Indians training facility.

Great views and location

Thank you for letting us use your rental for our Arizona vacation. We liked the fact that it was in the Estrella mountains. The view off the back yard was great. We especially liked hiking in the hills, walking and jogging along the lake paths, and just a few miles down the road was golf. The Safeway and Walgreens were handy as well. Your house was super clean, beds were very comfortable, and you included so many necessities for our month stay, and that was so appreciated. Thank you again for juggling dates at the last minute for us, everything we needed to know you included in your house info. We would love to rent again...hopefully next year...Pat and Monte

Comfortable and clean

This home is conveniently located near stores and gas station in Estrella Mountain. The home is very clean was very well stocked with all necessities. The owners were easy to communicate with and we would consider renting this home again.

Arizona vacation

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the Estrella Mountain area. The house was clean, comfortable and conveniently located for shopping and outdoor activities. There are walking paths throughout the quiet and well maintained neighborhood. If your a Reds or Indian fan this is a great place to stay. Besides playing golf at the two nearby courses we also enjoyed horse back riding in the Estrella state park, We hope to return next year.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and well stocked with all of the essentials that we needed for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with staples such as salt,pepper,sugar spices etc and plenty of cooking utensils. We have stayed in other rentals that barely met the necessities of meal preparation if you are cooking for you and your family. The house is big so there is plenty of space to spread out and lots of games, books and magazines if you get tired of TV. The home is close to everything you need in terms of groceries, recreation, and great shopping. One of the many things we like about Good Year and Estrella Park is that everything is new. All of the shopping centers etc have been built within the last 8 years so if you are a shopper you are in for a treat. We really enjoyed the fact that the master bedroom has a king size bed and it is very comfortable. We have stayed in vacation rentals with beds so uncomfortable it was hard to sleep. We had no negative experiences and would definitely rent this property again or recommend it to friends who are going to AZ. The owners of the property were very responsive and helpful and renting was a simple process. Our deposit was returned promptly after our stay. There was a list of local contacts if we needed assistance with anything in the house such as appliances etc. As far as recommendations for activities we are retired so we mostly visited with friends. If you enjoy gaming there are multiple casinos in the area who also have top rated entertainers. The movie theater is close by as well as the ball park for spring training. Of course golfing and multiple courses is a given.

A Winter Refuge

We spent the winter months in this comfortable "home away from home". The house was exactly as pictured and described. The owners seemed to think of everything including a cupboard full of books and games. The location of the house is close to walking trails and a short walk to a local supermarket, other stores and the community clubhouse. The property was clean and well-maintained and we would have no hesitation in recommending this rental to others. The owner was most helpful in answering our questions. We enjoyed hiking at Estrella Mountain Regional Park close by and also at the White Tanks Park about twenty minutes away. A drive to Wickenburg, a real cowboy, town takes about an hour and is well worth the time. Lake Pleasant, north of Phoenix and Bartlett Dam to the east of Phoenix are both great destinations for day trips particularly for photography.There is an Olive Garden in Goodyear that was a favourite place to eat as well as P.F.Changs.
