South Palm Park is a 12 minute walk where there is a jungle gym and picnic tables on the beautiful intercostal.

The pool is heated during the winter months. Please note that water temperature cannot be guaranteed, especially on colder nights, as cooler outdoor temperatures can impact the heater’s ability to maintain warmth. This is common for outdoor pools throughout Florida

As you enter the house, you will be greeted with an open-concept living space that is beautifully decorated and designed to provide you with the utmost comfort and relaxation.

I will be available via the app if you have any questions. I do not communicate off the platform to protect us both. TURN on your alerts in case we need to get a hold of you.

*Our listing is not covered for damages by platform so you will have a pre authorization security deposit hold. You will not be charged unless there is damage. We do take a detailed video of the house before each guest.


* $50 extra pet fee will be added on for extreme shedding dogs. The fee goes to the cleaners for the extra work needed after a dog stays. *Please pick up all dog waste from yard and do not let your pet go to the bathroom on the artificial turf in the pool area!
*Please use provided waterproof dog blankets if they will be on sofas, beds or black sun loungers.

The neighborhood is bike/ walking friendly and the beach and downtown are a quick 5 min car ride or 12 min bike ride. Take a left out of the driveway and then take the 2nd left rather than walking straight down the street toward Federal Highway (the way you came in). It isn’t appropriate for walking or biking really.


We have a ring camera and 2 regular cameras in front of the house & 1 camera in pool area (you can unplug this one if you like but it must be plugged back in before you leave). The cameras are not monitored unless there is a concern. The owner lives out of state and has to monitor the house while guests are not there.
No unregistered guests. Only the specified guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises unless permission has been granted and the guests are added to the reservation
No smoking of any kind in the house.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the property.

No parties or events.

No loud music or noises that could disturb the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm-8:00 AM. If we get notification that this isn’t being followed, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Let us know right away if you break or damage something so that we can make arrangements for its replacement. There will be a charge for any missing or damaged items.
