Your eye is caught, and your senses overwhelmed, when you enter The Step Lodge

Welcome to our well appointed and recently updated Suttons Bay lake home. This private wooded lake front property was purchased by our grandparents in the 1950s and we are thrilled to be able to share it with you. Every bedroom is spacious and offers a view of Grand Traverse Bay aside from the bunk room. Some of the unique ameneties are a stand alone private office space, state of the art infinity deck that comfortably seats fourteen, stamped concrete patio with underdeck lighting, ADA compliant steps that lead to the beach, comfortable mattresses in all bedrooms, high end ping pong and shuffleboard tables, regulation size Mega Slam basketball hoop with free throw and three point lines (it can be lowered to 7 1/2 feet) and a custom made cornhole game. The Step Lodge features five smart TVs, Spectrum cable package and 1000 megabit per second internet with Google Nest to enhance connectivity. Although you feel like you are secluded, downtown Suttons Bay is 2.5 miles away. The Step offers a mooring bouy to secure your boat and a Jet Dock that can accommodate two personal water craft. The Suttons Bay boat launch is located on the North edge of town. Along with the full size refrigerator in the kitchen, our guests are welcome to use the full size overflow refrigerator and freezer located in the garage. A concrete driveway was added to accomodate up to 6 vehicles. This allows the basketball court to be utilized without parked cars being an issue. Last but not least, we recently installed air conditioning and the Step has an automatic generator in the event of a power outage.
