Welcome to your Siesta Key escape — a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach cottage perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood just ½ mile from Siesta Village and another ½ mile to the world-famous Siesta Beach.

The Space

This stylish home has been thoughtfully designed for comfort, calm, and connection. The open main level features cozy seating, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook and gather together.

Two king bedrooms on the main floor share a bright full bath with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, the private master suite offers a king bed, sitting area, kitchenette, and balcony with bistro seating — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. The ensuite bath includes dual sinks, a walk-in shower with double heads, and a jetted soaking tub.

Outdoor Living

Step outside to experience true island relaxation. Lounge on the spacious deck, grill on the patio, or unwind in the screened lanai as the evening breeze drifts through. The backyard hot tub and private dock on the Grand Canal invite you to fish, kayak, or simply watch the water shimmer at sunset.

This house is so cozy! It was perfect for our girl’s trip and was stacked with all the amenities we needed- several coolers, ice packs in the freezer, empty water bottles to fill for the beach and beach bags! Jenni was super responsive when needed. We look forward to coming back again!

Beautiful property with something for every age group! Quick to respond to any needs or questions and what seemed to be the Mayor of SK and maintenance was a pleasure to chat with. And make sure we had everything and more.

Spring Break 2025 - Family of 4

This home was perfect for our family of 4. Very quiet and comfortable with plenty of space for all. Biking distance to town for restaurants and the small grocery. A short drive to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will book here again the next chance we visit Siesta Key.

Lovely decorated in Modern farmhouse style and welcomes you from the first step. Every detail well thought out for guest to enjoy right on site at the house and every direction from there. Thanksgiving getaway

The perfect vibe and getaway that we needed - house close to legendary Siesta Key beach and village. Home was in pristine shape despite the hurricanes that blew through only months ago. Still some cleanup needed in town and neighboring St Armand’s Circle, but no fault of the homeowner! Would come back for sure.

Phenomenal Home!

This was our favorite VRBO we have stayed at EVER. We travel frequently as a family and I can not overemphasize enough how clean, beautiful, serene and picturesque this beach bungalow is. The hosts checked in multiple times during our stay but there was not one detail left unturned. The location is amazing, everything you would need for a beach vacation is provided and more, our entire stay was just dreamy. Thank you SO much for such a memorable trip!

Great rental!

This was one of the nicest VRBO houses I have stayed in. High end finishes thorough out the home. The house was completely stocked with anything you could have needed. From bikes to beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. 3-minute bike ride to the beach and town of Siesta Key. Jenni was very welcoming and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting to visit Siesta Key!

Awesome Week in Siesta!

This place is fantastic. It’s even better than the pictures and descriptions depict. It’s set back in a lovely, quiet neighborhood yet super close to the village. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the screened-in porch and really loved the master suite being upstairs…a little getaway within our getaway. This host has thought of everything. We will definitely book again:)

Beyond accommodating

I must say, the pictures do not do it enough justice. Great place to stay. Having the bikes available for everyone was fantastic. Beach and village close by. At the same time, the host really goes an extra mile. Super accommodating especially in the midst of a strom! We recommend this place highly. All around 5 stars.

Excellent place

We loved the house. It’s beautiful and was the perfect amount of space for us. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children, aged 2 and 4. We enjoyed time on the screened in porch and in the hot tub. It’s a perfect location. You can bike easily to restaurants, bars, and multiple beach access points. We rented a golf cart for the week to get around and that made it super convenient and barely left with the cars to go anywhere. We had such a great time and plan to rent this again next year. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable.

Beautiful House with Easy Beach Access

We booked this property last minute as our original vacation plans blew up on us. Jenny was very quick to respond and accommodating. The house was beautiful and a perfect space for our family of 4. There were plenty of bikes so riding into the village or to the beach was extremely easy. There is also a free beach shuttle called "The Frog" that came to pick us up whenever we called. There's a hot tub in the backyard as well as a hammock and corn hole. Great property, we will definitely book again when we return to Siesta!

Siesta Key First Timers

This was our first time visiting Siesta Key and our family would give this property a 10 out of 10! Great location, walking distance to the Village, you can bike everywhere (even to the gorgeous beaches) the private dock was perfect for fishing, and we even saw a manatee! The design is impeccable, you’ll feel like you’re living in an HGTV episode. Jenni was such a gracious host and very responsive to any questions we had. You will not find another vacation rental as well stocked as this house...they truly have thought of everything and have gone above and beyond to make their rental feel like home. We clearly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back next year!

Beach Vacation on Siesta Key

This vacation rental has all of the amenities for a relaxing beach vacation. The owner has provided beach towels, chairs, coolers, and paddle ball. We parked our rental car upon arrival and enjoyed walking to the beach and all of the cute restaurants and shops in Siesta Key Village. There are also four bikes with locks if you would like to ride around the neighborhood. The kitchen is well appointed and the house is even more charming in person. The owner has a great eye/talent for design. My family enjoyed the hot tub in the backyard and paddleboarding off of the dock on the canal. I would encourage others to rent this property. We will definitely return.

We especially love how walkable and bike-friendly the area is. From morning coffee and boutique shopping in the Village to sunset strolls on the white quartz sands of Siesta Beach (ranked the #1 beach in America), everything is close and easy. The neighborhood has a friendly, small-town feel, yet it’s just minutes from Sarasota’s dining, arts, and cultural attractions.

There’s something truly special about slow mornings, sunny beach days, and relaxed evenings under the palms — it’s everything we love about island living.
