The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious bedrooms and a dedicated getting‑ready area provide ample room for up to eleven guests. Five comfortable beds are dressed with fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets, and two full baths ensure privacy and convenience. A washer and dryer sit within the unit, making longer stays effortless.



Indoor living

The open living room centers around a smart TV and a layout that encourages conversation. A themed game room houses life‑size games, ping‑pong, and other playful touches that keep the energy lively. Central air conditioning and heating maintain a pleasant temperature year‑round, while high‑speed Wi‑Fi and an ethernet connection support both leisure streaming and any work needs.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances—including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker—lets you whip up meals with ease. The adjoining dining table seats the whole group, perfect for shared breakfasts before heading out to Old Town Scottsdale.



Outdoor living

Step into a fenced backyard where the year‑round heated pool invites endless swims, complemented by pool toys for extra enjoyment. Life‑size dinosaurs, a ping‑pong table, life‑size Connect 4, and cornhole add a whimsical flair to outdoor play. A fire pit, grill, and outdoor dining set create a cozy spot for evening meals, while sun loungers and additional seating offer relaxed spots for soaking up the desert ambiance.

Nestled in a quiet residential area, the home offers a calm retreat while staying minutes from the vibrant energy of Old Town Scottsdale, its restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Free on‑site parking and ample street parking make exploring the city hassle‑free.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (1) car may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $40 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
