When we arrive, we can't wait to take a quick view of the ocean from the lanai. Putting our feet in the sand, just a 30-second walk away is the best. Next, we take a lazy 4-minute stroll along the beach to the Sea House/Bar lit up by tiki torches at night. An appetizer and the best island specialty, a Lava Flow tropical drink is just what the doctor ordered. On the walk back, we stop at the snorkel shop to rent our gear for the week. Need a massage? Book your appointment while you're there; the best massage salon in the bay is right next door.

Napili Bay is great for snorkeling, swimming, or nothing at all. Keep your eyes out for the sea turtles in our bay!

In the morning we head to The Gazebo for a great breakfast, located a 4-minute walk away. Dine in, eat poolside, or grab it to-go, returning to your own beach. Make sure you try their Macadamia Nut Pancakes with coconut syrup.

We love going to Whaler's Village for shopping, dining, live music and excursion options. Try the Barefoot Bar! We love hopping on the $2.00 bus that drops you off right at the entrance, no parking fees to pay, what a deal!

Amazing location in Napili Bay with easy beach access. Condo/complex was quiet and there is a great outside grilling and dining space that we utilized. On-site laundry was also really useful.

Sunsets and rainbows right from our own back lanai.Then walk out the back gate to the beach for a snorkel or a swim, or take a hike along the Kapalua Trail. Couldnā€™t have asked for any thing more.

Cozy, ground level, and about 50 steps from Napili beach! The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, it's all there. There's a great outdoor area with grills, picnic tables, and small game area. Laundry facilty on site.

Great location and a smooth check-in process. The only downside was cleanliness ā€” given the cleaning fee, we expected a bit more attention to detail. For the price, a little extra care would have been appreciated, though we understand that might be typical for Hawaii. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were lucky to have such wonderful neighbors.

Great location

Great location for family beach vacation. We rented two units next to eachother and this property was our favorite. The kitchen is well equipped and expanded the entertainment area with the end counter facing it where food can be served. There is an amazing view of the ocean from the patio with comfortable seating for dining. You can enter through the back by the lovely lawn and leave all sandy gear outside. The snorkeling is wonderful at Napili, it's a short walk to the turtle bay and short drive to the best on Maui at Honolua.

No AC in a 90 degree tropical location. Stayed one night and moved up the road. Tiny room with no place to eat or chill out. Public beach with lots of traffic.

Sooooo close to the beach

Perfect size for 2 kids and myself if you're the type who doesn't spend too much time indoors (which if you're considering this place, you really should be at the beach which is about a 30 second walk). The beach is very convenient. Napili bay has gentle waves, snorkeling (we saw a school of fish as well as a trigger fish just within minutes of snorkeling) and not too many people. There is a private entrance to the beach from the condo complex, as well as a convenient shower to rinse off. There were plenty of parking spaces, which was really nice. We were able to cook simple meals the whole time we were there, which saved a lot of . There is no air conditioning but there are two ceiling fans and a standing fan, and being by the beach you get a nice breeze with the windows over the bed and shutters that open on the front and back door.This was also a very quiet neighborhood - no loud partygoers, and even the large group of European travelers who spent every night eating in the common area were very considerate of the quite hours.Laundry was very convenient - literally 10 steps across from the front door. Bring quarters (Napili Market can give you 3 worth of quarters with each transaction) because there's no change machine.The only thing I wished was different was that the door locks are key only on both inside and out, so you have to be quite careful not to lock yourself out and you also have to have a key to unlock yourself from the inside.All in all, 5 stars.

This location is perfect for enjoying the beach out front without having to pack up everyday for a day at the beach. The unit provided all we needed to relax, make meals, and sleep peacefully.

Great spot steps to the beach

Location was great. We had a great time in Napili. There is no AC but the wood shutters open to allow the wind through so it stays nice and cool inside.

We got married in 1993 and spent our honeymoon in Napili Bay. Each year we revisited Napili Bay and said one day we wanted to have a place of our own. In 2004 that dream came true when a friends we know on the island hooked us up with one of the owners selling their unit (Thank you)

We love waking up to the sounds of birds chirping and ocean waves right from our bed.
We are a bottom unit with a added subfloor so you dont hear upstairs guests.
Our complex is one of the closed units to sit on the bay. Get up early and grab a spot by the big tree. You can bring your ice chest full of cold drinks right down on the sand without hassle. Our unit is also so close you can just go back and blend your favorite drink which save us money and we dont need to drive. :)
