 Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, and dishwasher; a large dining table; a huge island with a breakfast bar and an additional outside dining table at the covered lanai.
 Laundry room: First floor has a laundry room with a set of large capacity washer & dryer.
 Game room: upstairs living area with a pool table & TV, sofa, and accent chairs.
 Baby equipment is available, including highchair, strollers and playpen.
 Screened private swimming pool (heated to 83F’ish), south facing:) Pool heating is optional and recommended during winter months & is available for an additional daily fee. Pool Heat is $25 per night plus tax, and it has to be ordered for your entire stay.

The guests need to provide all the adults’ names for the host to register online to assist check-in at the gate.
