This home has been thoughtfully designed with the finest finishes and furnishings. In addition to its stunning features - this rental offers a rare opportunity to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop deck. The 3rd floor porch and rooftop deck are the perfect places to relax and unwind after a long day on the beach. The rooftop deck is the ideal place to soak in the beauty of the ocean and surrounding area, and is the perfect place to enjoy your favorite beverage with family and friends. The first floor can be utilized as its own private oasis. The wet bar on the first floor is equipped with a full-size GE 24-inch Counter Depth Bottom Freezer Refrigerator with Temperature Controlled Drawer and separate ice maker, ensuring your comfort and convenience during your stay. The first floor also features an expansive primary bedroom and bathroom, ample storage, and an additional luxury bathroom. The second-floor features two additional bedrooms - both featuring king size beds with high-end touches throughout. Again, there's ample storage on this level, and yet another luxury bath. Going up the stairs to the third floor you'll be amazed at the brand-new high-end features the owner has implemented into this level. From the kitchen to dining to the living area - every detail has been thought through thoroughly to bring true luxury to guests looking to escape the busyness of everyday life. High end features include: Cafe Matte White Appliances Brushed Bronze / Gold accents Cambria Polished Torquay Quartz Kitchen Norman Honeycomb Shade Window Treatments Vinyl Plank Flooring Marble Flooring Picture Frame TV's This rental includes fresh linens for each guest.

This home has an amazing view of the ocean, which was really nice as the weather was terrible when we were there. It is walking distance to all our favorite Dewey spots.

Beautiful property with beautiful views and great beach access. Two parking spots (and off street so no permit needed) was a real plus. Plenty of room and all the comforts you could need. Roof was awesome

We loved the location and view of the beach from the rooftop deck. The fridge on the first floor was perfectly located to grab drinks for the beach on our way out. The beds were comfortable. There were some initial issues with the AC condensation, but it was addressed and the owner worked to make it right with us, which we appreciated. I would encourage the owner to install a handrail for the top staircase for safety purposes, and bring in a few more items to allow for cooking more in the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!!

The property was beautiful, well cared for, and well decorated. The views were great, and the rooftop was really nice; however, the outdoor coffee table was slightly damaged under the glass top and might be worth replacing at the end of the season. The location was fantastic and made it really easy to get around Dewey. Parking was easy for two cars, and a permit spot on the same street near the beach worked well for our third car. The rooms were a bit tight, and the listing was a bit confusing about the bathroom-to-bedroom setup. The listing made it seem each room had an ensuite bathroom, but only one does. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor; there is one full bath there, but the third full bath is downstairs near the main bedroom, which made the layout feel a bit odd. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, and no toilet paper in three of the bathrooms, which was odd. It wasn't clear we needed to bring those, but luckily, based on other reviews, we had a spare roll. At least a welcome roll should be provided; if not for the full stay, it is always nice to have something to start with. Again, we had 5 people and two dogs, and it was a great spot for us. We made it work with the bathrooms/bedrooms and would recommend it to others, especially for the location to the beach and downtown Dewey.

Dewey Beach Memorial Weekend

The house is beautiful but a little tight. It's close to the beach and in the center of town. The roof top deck has amazing views.

Great Family Vacation

This was perfectly located for the beach and the night life with our family. Everything was within walking distance! Our place was clean and had everything we needed.

The house was lovely, exactly as pictured with a killer location. Communication with the host was extremely responsive. A few things could make it better: trash cans in every room/bathroom, toilet paper in every bathroom (at least to start), there are no beach towels (which was ok since we brought those but thought they would be included with the linen rental). Flagging that the hot water ran out every time all showers were being used at the same time.

Relax and recharge

The home is beautiful and the views of the beach from the upper and roof top deck were perfect! The location made walking to the beach, grabbing a bite to eat, or get a treat a breeze! The linens provided were top notch! Very soft, surprising as usually rented linens are subpar. The beds were comfy and true king size.teh two bedrooms on the second floor are a bit tight but the hallway closets and hooks made up for it. The bottom floor suite is very cute and a perfect space to unwind after a day in the sun or to hang out while.keeping an eye on laundy. The top floor kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. With the in room banquet and living room the space was a little tight with all of us moving around but nothing that deterred us from enjoying the space. While we only stayed a few days we could see ourselves spending the week. I loved how walkable everything was. We never had to move in the car. Between public transportation, walkability, and the Jolley trolley we were covered. If anything maybe a grocery run we'd need to drive. We did not find one close. Thank you to the owner for sharing your home! It made our first visit to Delaware beaches memorable. Incase this get immediately published please don't let this deter you. This is no fault of the owner and the services of the rental company could be better. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively and used to make the next stay even better! The on bed comforters appeared to not have been washed. There was sticky residue and what looked like dried food? We always travel with blankets so we did toss these aside.Trying to use the end table storage wwle found there to be adult items left behind.what people do is there business but when paying a cleaning fee you'd hope to not find issues.Thankfully we did not have children with us and unfortunately due to the nature we did not touch or try to clean the drawer out. Simply something else we couldn't use.Sorry! The cordless vacuum on the second floor was broken. The tape holding it together was twisted and it fell apart trying to use. Luckily there was one on the bottom floor with a cord that helped. We also unfortunately had to call the rental agency as using the shower in the suite seemed to back up the plumbing into the other full bath on the floor as well as the sink in the wet bar. It smelled like sewage and made those bathrooms showers unusable. I did not receive a call back very disappointing. Thankfully the shower on the second floor was okay, so we shared. Manageable for a 3 night but had it been a week not so much. I hope they addressed after our stay. The lights in the downstairs hall bathroom also did not work and the light in the shower looked to be hanging slightly. Not safe in a wet environment.

Very upscale home.

This is a beautiful home with top of the line appliances and fixtures throughout. Very upscale home that is decorated perfectly. The rooftop deck is also very nice but it rained a lot while we were there so it didn't get much use. Also the next door neighbors who live there permanently are a very sweet couple. I would definitely rent again if available. You can't go wrong. Only steps to the beach.

Really loved the home. Very good use of the space. Loved the TV upstairs. We watch a lot of golf and football. The rooftop was amazing. The only suggestions are to make sure the house is completely clean, trash taken out and dishwasher emptied. It would have been nice for the sheets to be on the bed, too - but not a big deal. The downstairs freezer was kind of a mess. Lastly, fans instead of lights and a Tv in each bedroom would be a nice upgrade. Thank for for sharing your home with us.

The Perfect Beach House

We loved our stay at this property. It is exactly as pictured and described. It is very clean and well decorated and was perfect for a long weekend away. You can’t beat the location, either. It is right on the beach and is walking distance to everything in Dewey. We parked our car once and walked to all restaurants, bars, etc. Had no issues with check in or check out and had a great communication with the rental office. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Family vacation with Grandkids

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great. Some suggestions, leave instructions for the counter top stove and the kitchen ice maker. Add three small trash cans in the bathrooms. No cutting board.

non luxury experience

aFirst beach vacation home that i had ti make own beds and take the linens off. no toilet papars, no soaps. dishes were not clean and shower tiles had soap marks. I paid high price for the luxury experience as advertised. but didnt get it at all.

We are so sorry that you were not clear about the lease terms. In our geographic area, unlike many other destinations, your linens are not included in the rental. So you either bring your own linens or rent linens. Either way you make the beds yourself. Paper products are not included in the rental either which it states in your lease. This home is individually privately owned and the supplies and furnishings are at the owner's discretion. We would have been happy to send the cleaning team back if you had called about the cleaning issues.

Excellent customer service, great location but the unit had some issues if of concern. Non functioning fire alarm on the first floor and also hanging from the ceiling. First floor bathroom had a light in the shower also partially hanging with electrical wires exposed rendering the shower unusable. The ac stopped working and repair, while greatly appreciated, was a patch on a unit that could not cool the unit.2nd floor fire alarm also not working properly as it needed a battery replacement.
