A heated pool that overlooks the shoreline ā€” not tucked away behind the building, but facing the Gulf directly. Dolphins visible from the beachside balcony most mornings. Seaside Beach House #101 is a Gulf-front condo in the northern end of Holmes Beach on a quiet side street where the ten-unit building keeps the complex intimate and the beach uncrowded.

The primary bathroom has a new walk-in shower with multiple body sprays ā€” the most consistently mentioned renovation detail in recent guest feedback. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The kitchen has been recently updated and is fully equipped for meals at home, with guests specifically noting how thoroughly it's stocked.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The primary suite has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. Two full bathrooms. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. High-speed WiFi included. Shared laundry on-site.

The beachside balcony is the morning gathering spot ā€” coffee, Gulf views, and dolphin shows that guests describe as the defining memory of the stay. Miles of white sand stretch in both directions. Local cafĆ©s, casual dining, and island boutiques are a short walk or trolley ride away.

Please note: this property is not suitable for electric vehicles or electric golf carts. One parking space included. Non-smoking property.

Seaside Beach House #101 requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

This location canā€™t be beat!! This was our first time to AMI and we loved the central location. Being right on the beach is a true luxury when we saw other people hauling wagons and looking for parkingā€¦plus we could just run up for lunch in the nice kitchen or to grab some shade. The rental staff were incredible with instant replies to my many questions and so friendly! The only con I have is that the walls/ceilings are very thinā€¦we had a family above us and could hear every step they took. It didnā€™t really bother us because we had pretty much the same sleep schedules, but just be aware if thatā€™s something that would upset you.

Blissful relaxation!

Our stay at Seaside Beach House was peaceful and relaxing. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and allowed us to recharge and escape from the hectic pace of our everyday lives. Days would start with breakfast on the balcony and then progress to long walks on the beach, picnics, napping, reading, or floating in the Gulf. Many delicious options for restaurants were available in the evening as well as cooking for ourselves. Nighttime we would be back on the balcony to watch the stunning sunsets and then the stars come out. Our bedroom was located beside the balcony and this allowed us to keep the door open, the screen secured, and listen to the ocean waves all night long! We found our peace, rest, and relaxation!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved Anna Maria, the condo was lovely. Really liked the beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit. The 2nd room needs AC either by portable unit or extending the vents. The fan is not adequate and this would cause me not to stay again. The community washer and dryer was not a deal breaker but was a inconvenience.

A little disappointed for my friend that the 2nd bathroom was at the other end of the condo from her bedroom. The kitchen is beautiful and stocked with lots of pans and dishes and glasses. There are no additional condiments besides salt and pepper and no baggies or foils (in case youā€™re cooking). The view is the best though and the beds are very comfortable!!! Great place to stay overall.

We love the convenience and the views. Saw dolphins from the balcony multiple times - magical! Everything in the unit was just what we needed and soooo comfortable. I was concerned about not having washer dryer in the unit, but it turned out to be the best thing ever bc I did not do laundry on vacation!! Management company was super nice and easy to reach by text.

All of the information needed and the APP worked very well.Our stay at seaside beach house 101 was also very good. The Condo was well appointed, two bathrooms, great kitchen, clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and a relaxing pool. The only negative is the front bedroom is not vented for the HVAC. You will need to have a fan to keep the room cool. A small annoyance keeping a fan running all of the time. There is no washer and dryer in the Condo, i knew this ahead of time. There is one washer and one dryer in the basement for all occupants to use. It was never a problem for us. Overall we had a great vacation with this location.

Seaside Beach House Unit 101 Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time at this location. We had stayed in a single house for the previous six years. It took a bit of getting used to have people in the unit above us (some pretty noisy) but we grew fond of the place. Very well-maintained small building that was always clean and tidy and the pool was always very clean and tidy. The location next to public parking meant more crowds than we were used to. But the front bedroom has no airconditioning and the washer and dryer are in the basement. Also the screen doors at the front and the huge sliding window in the back bedroom were difficult to slide and need to be replaced. There was lots of drawer space but the hall closets and the back balcony were full of beach junk, lots of it broken and still full of sand. Furniture was good and pretty clean. Kitchen clean and well stocked on the whole though we had to buy some basic things like oven mittes.

A few things...-There are steps going from the living room to the dining area that don't seem obvious in the photos - if you have littles, be careful-The bathtub was not clean. We had to find cleaner and clean it before giving our daughter a bath-The rug in the main room was not clean. There was long brunette hair all over it that our daughter kept picking up while crawling, so we had to vaccuum (I'm blonde)-We were called after leaving being told to leave the condo so the cleaning folks could enter. We'd be gone for hours and they were pretty rude about it with no apology. -I am nursing and got mastitis from the swimming pool - it wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there. -Bring a roku or firestick. They have a very old firestick with no remote that's not connected to the internetOverall, we did have a good experience. The rest of the condo was really clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. The rooms do not get very dark, so bring a slumberpod if you have babies. Falling asleep to the sounds of the waves was amazing.

Saw dolphins every day from our balcony. Restaurants we like are the Coconut Hut (Gulf Drive cafe), Sandbar and The Feast. The Feast is in the strip mall but food was excellent. Rented a golf cart one day to drive around the island. Especially like to take it to the piers and bean point. Easy fun way to get around.

This is the only place I have stayed, that has had everything I needed in the kitchen. The little things like, coozies, tupperware, crockpot, scissors, chip clip, dish soap and scrubber. It was nice that they had a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, so I didn't have to run to the store right away for essentials. It was so nice to be notified beforehand of how to check in/check out and other info about our area. I liked not wasting time going to an office to get check in/out and get keys. If I had to think of one thing I wish was different, it would be laundry in our unit. But, the short walk to the buildings washer and dryer was not a big deal.

Lovely Location on Anna Maria Island

This is our second time staying in this condo. The pluses are that it is a great location on a beautiful beach; the kitchen was well equipped; check-in and out were very easy with the keyless entry; the pool was great during windy, cool days. The negatives were the difficulty in operating the electronic system; absence of a washer dryer; and aging bathrooms.

Review

The location was great. The condo itself was nicely decorated and matched the photos. The ocean front bedroom had no air vents and was very hot. Had to go buy a box fan to comfortably sleep. Many of the dishes were not clean. We ended up washing what we would use first. Nice pool and beach access. Overall excellent stay. Wonderful instructions on access to property and for leaving. Very nice not to have to keep up with a key.

A stay on Gulf Coast in Holmes Beach

It was beach front....lovely sunsets. It was a small property of only ten units...4 - 2 bedroom units and 6 - 1 bedroom units. The pool provided another way to enjoy the beach area and was sheltered from the strong winds than can occur. Photos give a good example of the property. We enjoyed our stay and will return for another visit.
