There is no better location in the heart of Park City than the Gambler Condo 08 ski retreat!

Right at the fork in the road between Deer Valley Drive and the Main Street corridor, skiers enjoy the ease of access to both Park City's Town Lift and historic Main Street shopping and dining, as well as lower Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley Resort.

The Gambler Condo complex is perched on Deer Valley Drive with quintessential Park City slope and Old Town views, with open wooded space behind the property, offering a serene yet accessible place to hang your hat for your next adventure to Park City.

A cozy mountain retreat, this Gambler unit offers an ambient fireplace, new furnishings and TV technology in the living space, with the adjacent open kitchen perfectly positioned for meals served while relaxing. A new modern staircase and along with contemporary ski art, fresh linens and updated paint and trim, set this Gambler unit apart from the others to create an inviting guest experience.

The property boasts lodging for a max capacity of 13, creatively configured to meet the needs of both families and corporate groups alike. The dynamic configuration offers a King master and ensuite bath, a second suite with two Queens and ensuite bath, and a bunk room with four Twins (a twin bunk set, and a separate twin and twin trundle underneath) and an adjacent bath. If that weren't enough, there is also both a Queen sleep sofa and Twin sleep pull out in the living area, totaling room up to 13 guests.

A common hot tub adorns the complex as well as underground parking (no oversize vehicles; max height of about 75") with one spot designated for this condo. The property can be accessed by stairwell from the garage or by outside stairwell to the unit.

For guests who wish to walk to town or to the free transit stops that are aligned all along Deer Valley drive for both pedestrians and skiers wishing to go to any of Park City's three world class ski resorts; Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resort are just a few blocks away, or Canyons Village which is approximately 5 miles away.

Gambler Condo 08 provides a superior guest experience and is the perfect location with ideal access to all Park City has to offer!

Great location and well maintained

Great Home

Excellent place to stay for larger groups. Our party of 12 had a great time and had plenty of space. The homes location is extremely convenient with a bus stop right out front and walkable to both the chair lift and Main Street.

Great location and space

Great place to stay would rent it again. Fully furnished with everything we needed and right by Main Street. The bus stop is located right in front of property.

Great place, incredible location

We stayed here on a friends' trip & found the place perfect for our needs. Location - walkable to downtown Park City or the town lift, easy buses to Deer Valley or into town - was perfect. The place had plenty of space for our larger (10-person) group. The hot tub was fantastic as well.

Love this location on Deer Valley Drive !

Perfect location, one block off of the Main St area and easy walk to everything downtown. The furnishings were clearly newer and the property had been recently painted. Felt clean and updated. Great stay and we would definitely revisit !

My friends and I had an amazing time at the Gambler Condo! It was cozy in the most ideal location. Only a 5 minute walk to town and the bus was right outside our door! Would definitely recommend for any group of any size. We were a group of 11 which was on the larger side, although we had more than enough room. Thanks for a great visit! We will be back.

Our stay at this Condo was beyond great. The beds were super comfortable. The rental was decorated super cute and everything was clean and fresh. We had so much fun with Jordanelle, Park City and golf all so close. We will definitely come back.

Excellent property in an excellent location

Our stay in here was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The property was just as described and the rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were a dream, so comfortable. We had a great night's sleep every night. The location was also perfect as it was just a short walk from the main strip in Park City. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable. We'll be back for sure!

Wonderful location! Loved every minute!

This was a perfect house for our group of 6 of family and friends! It’s was clean and had everything we needed! Including board games! There was a perfect amount of space for us all on the couches if we wanted to sit there and enjoy the fire or TV. There was also the perfect amount of space at the table when we all wanted to eat or play games! The kitchen had all the supplies we would need. Beware: this is a walk up and has lots of stairs but we expected that but some may be surprised. Overall I would definitely stay again and recommend this place!

Master bedroom and adjacent bedroom flipped--en suite attached to non-master; master bedroom bathroom down the hall. Very close to bus stop--a must for getting to the base of the mountain. Otherwise as advertised. Good and functional unit for a ski trip.

New Year's Stay

The unit is on the VERY TOP - lots of stairs to get to it. Not convenient with all the luggage needed when skiing. Unit's walls/floors are soooo thin and you can hear EVERYTHING around you. Mattresses are uncomfortable to be a remodeled unit. Lastly, there is no parking for large vans/SUVs. We had to park several blocks away every time.

We are so pleased that we have such great quality guests stay in our properties at Mountain West vacation rentals and have had many guest groups thrilled to enjoy the Gambler property and it’s ideal location. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we had a very rude and disrespectful guest group staying at the Gambler who reviewed unethically. This guest was so loud that both the HOA for the complex and Our office, had to get involved in notifying the guest of this continuous adverse behavior. Upon confrontation, this guest informed his kids that they should “ stomp louder “ in order to continue to aggravate the other party adjacent to them. It is unfortunate when we get a group such as this who later elect to harm the reputation of our property. This property is beautiful and we have had many happy guests stay here both before and after this group, across multiple channels where reviews have been left. We look forward to additional groups who are appreciative and respectful of a great Park City experience, which we aim to provide each and every time!

Great location. Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge a 5 minute bus ride, center of PC a 2 minute bus ride the other way.Bus stops right in front of the building.Condo well maintained with fully equipped kitchen. Management company quick to respond and very accommodating. Plenty of space with a comfortable living room and dining area.Association garage and hot tub well maintained. Only caution is to read the height limit for the garage!A super value in perfect central location.

Amazing weekend in Park City

Rented this Condo for a weekend with friends. Living area was huge, kitchen well stocked, fit 12-13 people comfortably as advertised. Nice tv in the living room and comfortable couches. Communal hot tub was right outside property. Walking distance to town lift/main st. And a shuttle stop right outside. Would definitely recommend this place and rent again

Manager was great ... facilities were less impressive

Easy yo get in, when code functioned on garage. Unit was extremely dated for the price, albeit we were there during Christmas, which for that time made the unit affordable. Location on a busy street without any snow removal on the sidewalks, made for dangerous 15 minute walk into town. Toilet flapper valve failed, (repaired immediately, thank you) but I found the guts of the toilet to be original with the house, indicative of a not perfect remodel. New floor and a few plumbing fixtures, but showers were for short people, toilets were small, appliances old and dated, no lighting in the rooms and the décor was hodged-podged together. Second bedroom bath was very far away from the door. Bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom were dated along with 10-20 year old bedcovers. Patio could barely fit 4 people, no furniture. But overall we made the best of it and enjoyed the stay.

Location tops

High-quality location with close proximity to downtown, and it was easy to get in and out of Park city, resorts, etc.. Plus the unit has lots of updates and modern accoutrements for whatever needed.
