• Trash Responsibility

As this is a private residence, guests are responsible for managing trash during their stay. A dumpster is available on-site for your use.



• Transparent Pricing

We keep cleaning fees low by paying our team hourly and passing those savings on to you. The base rate includes up to 2 guests. An additional $15 per night is charged for each guest beyond that to help cover cleaning and laundry.



• Peaceful Atmosphere

Cardinal Cottage is a quiet space meant for relaxing stays. No parties or events are allowed.



• Rental Agreement

A rental agreement is required for stays of 14 days or more.
