The Space

Built in 2022 and in pristine condition, this home is set up for easy family beach trips and downtime between adventures. Start your morning at the community pool, head to the beach with the included cart, and come back to a comfortable, clean space with room for everyone.

Serenity at Dune Allen is a small, quiet community close to the beach, with a neighborhood pool available to all renters, and easy access to miles of paths for walking and biking. You’re also minutes from Gulf Place and some of our favorite local spots.

Getting around

No car needed. Many shops and restaurants are accessible by golf cart or bike, and the beach is an easy walk.

Other things to note

Hurricane refund: If Santa Rosa Beach is under a mandatory evacuation during your stay, nights impacted will be refunded in full.

Community fines: We must pass along any HOA fines (examples: towels left on the front porch, parking on street/landscaping).

Golf cart: Street-legal, 6-seater. Driver rules will be shared after booking.
