The space
When we go on vacation we open our homes once or twice a year for families to come enjoy Rincon living at its best. We love we are blessed to live in paradise and we want to share this piece of paradise with the liked minded families from around the world. Our 3 story home is perfect for families as it is as safe as it can be for kids to roam free. Super cool commUNITY. Surfers will enjoy a kind of secret beach break free from crowds right in the backyard during the winter months. One thing we can assure, you wont want to leave the premises as this secluded spot is simply peaceful and amazing! There is AC and ceiling fans throughout the house (some days, especially winter and spring) is just amazing to open all the windows and turn fans on!…! Feel free to open all the windows and enjoy the fresh ocean air.

Fresh linens and towels. We have beach chairs & umbrella, snorkeling gear, fishing rods, yoga mats and beach towels for your complimentary use. Also available (for an additional fee): SUP rental and/or lessons, Yoga classes, transportation to/from BQN airport, surfing adventures. Clubhouse pool and tennis courts (for a fee directly with HOA)
