If you like a fun filled family vacation resort, Ocean Lakes is the place for you. Imagine turning the kids loose for hours knowing they are in the security of a gated community with 24 hour security.
U31 was built in 2010 at the end of a quiet street not far from the main entrance. If you enjoy rocking on a nice shaded porch with a hot cup of coffee on a cool summer morning then you will love U31 Crane.
With numerous upgrades, this three bedroom on stilts is very warm and inviting. Some of these upgrades include solid wood doors and cabinets, upgraded nickel plated faucets, wall mounted televisions in all bedrooms and den, and hardwood floors throughout the house. The kitchen is fully furnished with seating for two at the bar and four at the table. If additional seating is needed, there is an outdoor table with five chairs on the deck. Both bathrooms are spacious with tub shower combinations. Recessed lighting and vaulted ceilings give the den and kitchen the appearance of a high end property.
The house has a king size bed, 2 doubles and 1 twin.
Add in the availability of four car parking, an outdoor grill, and plenty of downstairs seating, wi-fi, and there will be no wonder why you hate leaving.

Golf cart is included with your stay.

Ocean Lakes

We stayed in a house located in Ocean Lakes Campground. The house was very clean and comfortable. The home owner and property manager were great to work making our visit the best vacation ever.

Vacation Time

We had a great stay! The homeowner was extremely nice and responsive, especially when the fridge gave out! Same day, it was replaced while we enjoyed the ocean and water park! The only “complaint” we had with this property was the living room furniture that was not comfortable and the mattresses in the 2 bedrooms other than the master. Master bed was very comfortable. Otherwise our stay was perfect!!

Great week

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. A couple things came up, but the homeowner communicated quickly, addressed things in a timely manner, and was great to work with! We loved the rocking chairs and other seating on the porch, especially in the morning and late evening. Great space for 4 adults and 3 kids. We will be back!

Spring Break

First time at Ocean Lakes, but it won't be our last! Location was just as described. All processes were simple and efficient. Facilities provided for the needs of all ages ranging 3-48! Only complaint is that no one reached out to me regarding checking in as stated in paperwork. I had to contact owner myself shortly before check-in time. His response was speedy and courteous. Would definitely book again!

Clean and comfortable

This is the first time we have stayed at Oceanlakes in many years. It has really changed. Our rental was clean and comfortable. Everything seem to work properly. It was nice to have a golf car because some areas are closed to car traffic in the evening and the beach, store and pool are a good distance away. We had a question about wi-fi access when we arrived and were able to contact the owner immediately. The only complaint I may have is, it is quite some distance to the beach, otherwise it was a very nice place to stay .

Amazing Week in Myrtle Beach

We stayed at Tim's 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. It was an excelllent size and in a great location within Ocean Lakes. The details in the listing were spot on, and the condo had all the basics you needed to be comfortable. The condo is well laid out but I would say could use a deep clean and a coat of paint to freshen it up. The furniture is a bit dated and uncomfortable (ie couches legs don't kick out and are not comfortable). The walls are very marked up and it was quite dusty in there. The vents were blowing dust and there was hair and dirt above the shower surrounds. We had a couple issues, one with the kitchen sink faucet that was very loose and wouldnt turn off easily. We contacted Tim and folks from OCean Lakes came within 3 hours to resolve the issue, tho it was a temporary fix it did solve the issue for our stay. Overall we loved Ocean Lakes, and we would return to Tims property, the main point of the review is hopefully see improvements in the upkeep and cleanliness of the property for upcoming stays. Perfect beach house

The house was perfect. Clean and very tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed. The owner was very nice and very very responsive! The street was a dead end located near the front entrace but was quiet and pleasant. We would highly recommend this house and the owner.

relaxing quiet stay

House is very nice, nice sizes for rooms and not too much to take care of. clean, well equipped kitchen and laundry as well, included golf cart really saves money and worked well. in a quiet section of oceans lakes, quick golf cart ride to beach and pool. We loved this house! We got morning sun which helped make it cheery and bright. The kitchen cabinets need some love, but other than that, it was clean and had everything we needed. There is plenty of room here! Everyone is so friendly. Tim is great; kind and helpful, would definitely rent from him again.

Nice Vacation Home

My family and I stayed at Tim’s property for a week in July. Prior to arriving Tim made contact with me to go over details (I greatly appreciated this) and also gave us permission to check in a bit early if the cleaning service was finished. The house was nice and looked as in the pictures. Although it is located near the front of OL it is on a cul de sac with minimal traffic. A nice perk from renting this home is that the golf cart is included so we were able to rent only one additional cart for the trip (which is a $400+ savings). When we arrived (we were early) the cleaning company was still there and explained that the prior guests had not done a good job of cleaning up after themselves and Tim himself called me to tell me this as well. The house had been cleaned but The floors were a little dirty and the shower drain was clogged. HOWEVER, Tim was not responsible for this and both were easy to take care of. The house had all we needed for a comfortable stay. We absolutely loved the spacious outdoor porch and seating…perfect for early morning coffee and sunset drinks. All in all, Tim was a great host and we enjoyed staying at the property. We are likely to rent this home for future trips.

Ocean Lakes is one of the nations premier campgrounds. It boasts one mile of beach front property. With gated entrances, and all the amenities you can imagine, most folks find no need to leave the campground during their stay.

This house has a great layout and a huge porch at the end of a quiet street. From the front porch you will have a birds eye view of the people coming and going from the campground with the serenity of being near the end of a dead end street.
