If you love golfing, tennis, biking or hiking or just a place to relax, you've come to the right place. La Quinta Cove is a hidden treasure in the Coachella Valley. Nestled right against the Santa Rosa Mountains, you are close to everything, world class golf courses, Silver Rock Resort, which has been a host course for the Bob Hope Classic, to the famous Indian Wells Tennis Gardens which hosts world class tennis players such as Federer and Nadal. Bike along the streets or trails using our 2 bikes that we have purchased for our guests to use.

As you can see in our YOUTUBE VIDEO 'CASA LUNA TAMAKI', our Santa Fe house is our home away from home. We have a new stainless steel fridge which makes ice for any marguerita's that you wish to make so that you can relax in the front by the pool or in the back courtyard both overlooking the Santa Rosa mountain range. If that isn't enough sit in the back courtyard with a cervesa and watch the hummingbirds wizz by trying to guard against any other hummingbirds taking their place on the feeder (they are very territorial). Verizon FIOS has provided us with high speed internet, HD TV and free Telephone service to the US and Canada. Our new washer and dryer will get all your clothes cleaned, so that you can be at your Sunday best when you step out of the house.

The master suite has a cal king bed, flat screen TV, private bath and french doors that overlook the back courtyard.

Bedroom 2 and 3 are both queens and share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The entire property is enclosed for privacy and is equipped with an alarm system from 'GET ALARMED' for extra security.

If you are not familiar with the La Quinta Cove, then you are truly missing one of the best areas of the valley. We have been searching for years to find a house like this. Close to everything, yet far enough away to feel like you are away from it all!

Very clean and bright. Nearby restaurants are excellent and golf at Silverrock is superb! Everything was functional and well maintained.

Dream Home

Casa Luna was an amazing house with all the amenities you can ask for. Even a few things that we had forgotten were there and ready for us to use. The living room and the dining room were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Since we went in the winter we didn't use the pool but we ended up using the hot tub. The back yard was great, especially the fire pit. Overall Casa Luna was a very relaxing and comfortable house to spend three night in. Communication with the home owner was very friendly and Mike treated us more like a friend.

Perfect Week in La Quinta between Christmas and Through New Years Day.

My husband and I loved staying at Casa Luna Tamaki over Christmas week! The house truly exceeded all of our expectations. Perfectly situated, beautifully decorated, it provides everything you need for a party of 4-6 adults. We loved the ample supplies of dishes, wine glasses and the great pots and pans. Imagine sharp knives at a rental house! This was truly a step above many of the other 10+ homes we've rented through VRBO. In addition to golfing at three beautiful courses in La Quinta and Palm Desert - we had a great time biking and hiking at the nearby park. Old town La Quinta has some great restaurants as does some of the other nearby towns. Again, everything was incredibly convenient. Despite the warm days, it was too chilly for a dip in the pool. However, we really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit during the cocktail hour. Frankly, we hated to leave - waking to 360 degree mountain views each morning is addictive. We can't wait to go back.

We spent 4 weeks at Casa Luna and the experience was very positive. The house was very clean and stocked extremely well. Beds were very comfortable and the large bathrooms very clean. We had some of our family spend some time with us and their feedback was also very positive.Very large house so lots of room for all. Hot tub was used most days which was nice after a day of hiking, golfing or those busy days when the women got shopped out(haha). The pool area was also very nice just to lay back and enjoy the 80 degree weather which we had most days. A lot of time in the evenings was spent relaxing in the back yard, fire pit was great for roasting marshmellos. The house is located in a very quiet area of La Quinta and very private. Total experience was very positive as it was just like being at home.This was our first visit to the area and we will definitely be back in the future. The rental process went very well as Mike was very friendly and quick to get back to us on any questions. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone planning a stay in La Quinta.

Great layout, Great location, and Great Hot Tub!

This is a great house located in a perfect location of La Quinta. Coming for a work/golf trip we needed proximity to courses and wanted to avoid crowds. This house was perfect for both. It was clean and most importantly did not lack the creature comforts that so many vacation homes do. The owners were great in communicating with us and they provided all the little things such as extra towels, plenty of utensils, and a fridge and cupboard complete with all things required to enjoy a meal at the house. We felt comfortable and the layout of the house allowed for individual privacy and peace and quiet. The highlight was the hot tub and views of the stars at night as the neighborhood lacked artificial light, which was perfect. Also, really nice to park in a garage and have a warm car on cool mornings before heading to the course. We will keep this property in mind for future visits when we bring the family. Thanks to Mike for allowing us to stay!

Relaxing week in La Quinta!

First, the house was immaculate and had everything we needed. It is on a quiet street, but minutes from shopping, dining, etc. The pool was the perfect size for our family of four. The beds were REALLY comfortable and all three bedrooms had extra pillows, bedding, everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed and even had basic spices and condiments. We had a wonderful time (dinner at Arnold Palmer’s was a highlight) and we will be back for sure! Beautiful home, thank you Mike for excellent communication!

Privacy with great views and location!

My wife and I stayed for 1 week and had a wonderful vacation. We loved the layout of the house and pool. Very open and inviting. It was close to great amenities yet secluded enough for total privacy.

Our stay at this La Quinta home was very relaxing. The owner answered all of our questions and was pleasant to work with. Our deposit was returned within 10 days. The house was clean very well stocked with linens, and all the kitchen items we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the pool and hot tub were a plus. We look forward to going back and recommend this home.

Music and golfing adventure

Casa Luna has all the amenities one could ask for in a vacation rental. It is very spacious, well maintained, clean, has a hot tub and a perfect sized pool to cool down in. My communications with the home owners was informative and they treated me more like a friend/ family member than a renter. Access and instructions for Casa Luna were well written and we had a wonderful stay while in the area. I would definitely stay at Casa Luna again!!

Casa Luna is the vacation home of our dreams!

We rented Casa Luna from Mike and Barb for over a month this year and we were so delighted with their beautiful home. The decor is relaxed and sophisticated, the kitchen is well equiped with beautiful pots, pans, and dishes and the towels and sheets are of hight quality. Mike and Barb are very attentive owners and they responded very quickly to our emails. The neighborhood is quiet. We loved going over to the nearby walking trail and all the people we met along the way were very friendly. The location of the home is idea for us - close to downtown La Quinta, the freeway and all the other many places we like to go when we are in the desert. You will love Casa Luna!

Everything You Need to Enjoy the Desert!

Casa Luna Tamaki was perfect! The house had everything we needed to make our stay extremely comfortable. It was great being able to wake up, relax in the sun and take in the great view of the mountains. The beds were comfy, grocery stores and places to eat were close by, and the neighborhood was very quiet. It all made for a relaxing week in the desert. I highly recommend it!

Great Place to Stay

We loved our visit to Palm Springs and this house in La Quinta was a great location for us. The owners happened to be there when we arrived, so it was nice to have them personally show us around. We spent our mornings eating breakfast in the quiet and beautiful backyard while watching the antics of the hummingbirds (there is a hummingbird feeder). In the evenings we enjoyed making a fire in their new firepit to ward off the chill. Best wood to burn was almond wood at Ralph's. It was really nice to have the bikes to use and we enjoyed hiking, biking and golfing. We have stayed in quite a few vrbo rental houses and we would definately give this one a thumbs up!

What a great place!

We found this place on VRBO when we were searching for a place in La Quinta cove. We had ridden the bike trail around the cove, so we knew the neighborhood. Anyway, Mike was nothing but accomodating, and he even bought a couple of new bikes before we arrived when I told him it would be nice to not have to haul ours out there. This is a great place because it's big and well furnished with all the amenities. The beds are a tad firm for my tastes, but once we figured out the pillows we were OK. The price is an absolute bargain when you compare it to the La Quinta resort down the street. More room, absolutely more private, two bathrooms, and nobody else's children running around. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, Clean, and Serene

After an intense research for the perfect desert getaway, Tamaki's home was the best find on the web. We pulled up to a beautiful cozy gem, sitting within a breathtaking desert view. Everything was very neat, brand new and relaxing. Tamaki's were kind enough to lend us their bikes to roam around the neighborhood, and if you are a runner like my boyfriend, there are great trails all around the neighborhood. Minutes away from Starbucks and grocery stores, and if you were enjoying the music festival like we were, it was only a few minutes away. Tamaki's helped us make our trip a memorable one! Thank you!

Nice, very clean and everything is new. Great courtyard filled with morning sun. Nice hiking trails just a few blocks a way. Great restaurants and golf very close by! Great value.

We, Mike and Barb, both are avid tennis players and have been coming down to the desert for years. Barb is employed as a real estate agent in Vancouver Canada and decided that this was the year that we would buy so that we could have a place in the desert for our future. We have 3 children and a cat named MEOW!

We chose this property after seeing many in the area because of it's back and front views of the mountains. There is nothing more beautiful and peaceful as waking up in the morning to see the sun cresting over the mountains and sipping on your coffee as the day begins.
The area is quiet, but yet close to everything. SIlver Rock is 10 minutes away and 6 lighted public tennis courts at Fritz Burn Park is located just 5 minutes away. The best restaurant and bar in the Valley 'Palmers', which is owned by Arnold Palmer is also only 5 minutes away located in Old Town La Quinta.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

It's raining and dark here in Vancouver right now as I sit down and type these words into my computer. That is the reason we bought here in the desert. As avid tennis players and golfers we relish the thought of being able to hit both balls in the hot sun year round (if we could). Also the hiking is world class and our bikes can take you anywhere close by.
