The check in and out experience was much better this year than in years past.

The check in and out experience was much better this year than in years past. The seemed much more available, organized, and accessible. We also had an appliance and a few maintenance issues in our unit that were handled in a timely way with only minor interference in our vacation.

The kids pool is still broken from last year.

The kids pool is still broken from last year. They should fix it or replace it with something else. Also the pool elevator is still broken. Overall it was a fantastic stay and I would 100% come back. Great. Worked with multiple people and they were all fantastic and friendly. Very prompt.
