BOOKING PROCESS (no 3rd party rentals). Tell us a bit about you & those joining you.
PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO BOOK let's make sure we are a good fit first by reading the contract and asking any questions.
We assume you agree to the following once you request to book:
1. You agree to sign a rental agreement (see template in the rules and polices). Once booked we will send you a contract to sign after you send us pertinent info (cell phone numbers, email id, your address, the names of those who will be entering our home).
2. You will send us a picture of yourself holding your Drivers License within 48 hours of booking (you can block out the numbers but make sure we can read the rest) and pay with your credit card that has the same name as your Drivers License.
3. No one will be bringing an animal.
4. No one will be invited to the home, even just for dinner.
5. Everyone coming will be on the contract.
6. You are at least 30 years old.
*** CANCELLATIONS as long as we can re-book. With enough time, re-booking a prime-season week is pretty easy. ** Refunds will be given ONLY if there is a ban on rentals during your reservation.

We have a large 1BR with a Queen Bed and a set of bunk beds in the same room. Save money and rent this 1BR with sleeping options for 4 in the bedroom instead of renting a 2BR which can cost $700 or more for the week. Enjoy the view from the balcony (ocean view, main pool and NEW waterfall view that is over the main pool).
We also have a partial tennis court view. Our location enables one to "people watch" and see much of what goes on in Seapointe Village.
Seapointe Village is a private 17 acre OCEANFRONT resort very close to Cape May. It is in the Diamond Beach section of Wildwood. But note that most homes in one of the 3 oceanfront buildings (North Beach, South Beach and Pinnacle) are not Oceanfront, but have ocean views instead. We have ocean views - you can see the view from picture number one as it is taken from the balcony.
This resort is a private 24 hour guard gated community with a private beach,
4 large pools (one is an indoor/outdoor pool and each one different and unique).

• a game room,
• 1 tennis court - two pickleball courts (can reserve time)

• many rock waterfalls and "dancing water" lagoons

The condo has:
• Fully equipped kitchen
• DR with seating for four
• Tile in the LR/DR/Kitchen and bathroom.
• 50" flat screen SMART TV in LR
• 29" flat screen in BR
• Queen Bed and set of bunk beds in same room
• Good sized balcony with a cast aluminum table and four chairs - Many years we have sat on our balcony and watched fireworks set off over the beach.
Each year we have our condo professionally cleaned in the spring. During this deep clean process, the drawers in the kitchen all get emptied and washed down as well as inside the cabinets, the tub tile grout is scrubbed, beds and couches and dressers are moved and cleaned behind them, vents are cleaned out, the tops of door moldings get dusted, the moldings get painted and any marks on the walls repaired and painted, etc. We then have professionals come in weekly during the season to do what is considered "turnover" cleaning that does not include deep cleaning due to time.
NOTE: We supply bath towels and linens for your use. If you use them, you must wash/dry/fold and put them away before you leave since it is very difficult to find house cleaners to do that for us. Many owners at Seapointe do not even supply any linens, so with us you have a choice to bring our own or use ours. Note that bed sheets are not put on the beds for you. Since the washer/dryer is a stackable unit and takes long to dry, many guests bring their own sheets so they can be out by checkout time. It is recommended that you wash/dry the bath towels the night before.
