Place was clean and nice! Exactly as advertised! Seapointe is a beautiful and fun community to visit and enjoy! Amazing and easy communication with host. Easy access to pools and beach. Easy parking and access to condo. Overall great stay and great host! Looking forward to visiting again.

Long weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this condo along with it's location. The owners were very proactive in their communication with us about the property and area. Explaining in detail about everything to make our stay that much more enjoyable. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need and very clean.Steps to the beach, close to many restaurants and attractions. Definitely would recommend a stay here. 10 stars!

Clean, Safe environment. Perfect getaway place for relaxation or fun activities

Whether you want to relax on the beach and hang by the many pools or try a new restaurant or fun activity, this is a perfect location. You're right on the middle of a clean, quiet area in between Wildwood's boardwalk fun and Cape May's array of activities. Seapointe Village is perfect for families. We're already excited to go back again!

Great condo in great location!

We fell in love with Seapointe village last summer. It is an ideal spot for families and we were excited to stay again this summer and are so glad we chose this condo for our stay. It is beautifully maintained, immaculately clean, and well stocked. Our hosts communicated thoroughly and gave us any and all details we could have needed. Definitely recommend!

A terrific stay at Diamond Beach!

We had a terrific experience staying at this property. Larry was great at communicating with us, and giving us detailed instructions, as well as tips such as restaurant recommendations. He was always available to answer questions. That was very much appreciated! The apartment is very comfortable, clean and modern. We appreciated the complete kitchen with so many cooking supplies and complete dishware. Even the pots were in great condition! At this time of year, the outdoor pools weren't open, but I enjoyed the indoor hot tub, and we had access to a sauna, steam room, exercise room, game room and more. The private beach was a lovely place to walk. The parking lot was convenient. The owner requested that we wash, dry and put away the towels and sheets that we used, so we did need to set aside time for that on day of check out. We had some good meals at Coastal Blue, right next door, and other restaurants were just a short drive away. This was a terrific experience, and we would happily stay again! Thanks Larry and VRBO!

Cheer Comp

This was the first year my daughter’s cheer team was competing in Wildwood. I’ve heard horror stories about lodging and the area, and was not happy about going. At the last minute I decided to look for a VRBO and found another location, but was referred to this location….. Well, what a PLEASANT SURPRISE!!!!! Owners, rental, location, area, everything was perfect!!!! The condo was beautiful and impeccable. Great communication constantly and prompt. Upon arrival very flexible with arriving early….but the sweetest gift was a “Good Luck” card for my daughter’s comp. Very SWEET!!! If we compete next year, we will be back!!!!! I am a “hotel snob” and am VERY picky about where I stay….just amazing!

Diamond beach getaway

My husband and I had great couple relaxing days in this well maintained condominium at Seapointe village. Larry provided all information we needed for a smooth checking in/out and comfortable staying and extra information about dinning. The beach is beautiful and peaceful at this time of the year. This is a gem at Diamond beach. Looking forward our next vacation. Thank you, Larry.

Ideal rental in so many ways!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this property. The community had fantastic amenities and was just beautiful. There was hardly any noise. And the location couldn't be better. The arrival and check-in and easy and Larry communicated a ton of helpful information ahead of time and remained responsive during the course of the stay. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable with plenty of supplies on hand to make you feel at home. It was like they thought of everything. My only minor complaint is the low water pressure and how quickly the hot water ran out. But those small things would definitely not prevent me from booking again in the future.

Retreat down the shore

We loved staying at this property. Seapointe Village is a mini resort down in Wildwood crest. We were close to places to eat, a short car ride to Wildwood boardwalk and Cape May. The pools were perfect for our family and we were just waking distance to Diamond beach. We plan on making this a yearly family vacation down the shore.

Anniversary Vacation

Larry’s unit and the entire property was extremely clean. From the pools, tables and chairs, grills, and walkways - everything was pristine. The landscaping was spectacular as well - so beautiful and neatly maintained. Even the long walkway on the beach was swept clean when covered with sand. This is truly a special place to visit.

This condo is on the 5th Fl of one of the bldgs. in Seapoint, which is a great property in a great location. The unit does not have an ocean view, but that was fine for us because we had plenty of time walking on the beach as well as around Seapoint.

My Jersey stay!

This stay was everything that one needed. The host communicated well and left detailed information which was helpful. We had an issue upon departure which was on our part and the host were more than accommodating and understanding. Great place to stay!

Larry is a great host

Seapointe village was a beautiful property and the condo is immaculately kept. It’s only steps from the beach and has so many amenities including multiple pools (indoor was only open bc we were early in season), hot tubs, gym, sauna. It’s close to everything and the food in the area was delicious. Close 10 min drive to Cape May and the Wildwood Boardwalk. Larry was truly the nicest most responsive hosts and made our stay relaxing bc he thought of everything. We look forward to another stay in the future!!

Birthday weekend getaway

I was looking for a place to relax on my birthday. Close to the beach and still winter season wanted to have an indoor pool that's close enough for my daughter to enjoy at a reasonable price. Mr. LM was so accommodating and very helpful in suggesting places to visit. 15 mins. Away from cape may we're my daughter learned rollerskatinrollerblading. It was truly an awesome place like home and quite. Will come back. Thank you Kim and Larry.

Clean, well-stocked and comfortable

Larry and Kim's condo is a nice -sized place overlooking a pool area in a resort style community. It is clean and well stocked not only with dishes and utensils but lots of paper goods, coffee, spices and other conveniences. Larry and Kim were helpful and communicative throughout our stay and we appreciated their help when we needed it.
