Welcome to our luxurious and spacious East Cobb Oasis! Our 5-bedroom, 3-bath home boasts a stunning interior with modern decor and high-end finishes throughout. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, and the fully equipped kitchen that is a dream come true. With 7 full-size beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 queen bed, our home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The outdoor space is equally impressive, with a large deck and private backyard that's perfect for relaxing.


PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY EVENTS, PARTIES, SMOKING (INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOME) OR OVER THE GUEST LIMIT. IN THE EVENT WE FIND OUT ABOUT THE EVENTS, PARTIES, SMOKING AND OVER THE LIMIT ON GUESTS, WE WILL BE REPORTING IT TO ENFORCEMENT AND COLLECTING THE DEPOSIT. WE HAVE A STRICT POLICY ON THIS. AS MUCH AS WE LOVE TO HOST OUR BEAUTIFUL HOME, WE LIKE TO KEEP OUR HOME IN A REPUTABLE MANNER AND IN THE MANNER THE HOME WAS GIVEN TO YOU AT CHECK IN.


ALL GUEST NAMES NEED TO BE LISTED IN THE RESERVATION. NO OTHER GUESTS OUTSIDE OF THOSE LISTED IS ALLOWED.

Adequate

This home had plenty of room for multiple families during a weeklong stay. The common living areas and dining area were comfortable and clean and spacious enough for all to gather. The bedrooms and bathrooms were less maintained/updated and the mattresses were essentially air mattresses on metal bed frames. Overall, the home served the purpose for our stay, but was not great.

Family gathering

It was a great venue for a family gathering spanning multiple generations. Property was clean and spacious. Communication was efficient and responsive.

Myself and three other friends all over the age 35, stayed here for a girls trip. The location of the house was in a great neighborhood. Upon arrival, we went through the house to look over its condition before deciding on which room we would each take. There was a large roach in one bedroom, a broken door in another and a set of blinds that did not cover the full window. The bedding was just a mattress on a frame not even hotel quality or with a box spring. We tried adjusting the air conditioner, because it was extremely cold, somehow whenever we left the property and returned it always ended up back on 60 degrees. We returned after dining one evening to find roaches crawling in one of the showers. These renovations definitely are not luxury, there weak also hair on the floor and tub. Just not what we were expecting from the photos that are presented on the listing. With some tender, love and care it could really be a great place for future guests to stay!!! What we paid for a two nights stay at this property was the equivalent of a month’s rent in some places, so I would definitely say that we did not get what we paid for.

Blood stains in the downstairs hallway on the floor.

Starting off this house is on an extremely busy street and has very narrow driveway difficult to get pulled into during high traffic times. Once you pull into the driveway, you are met with trees growing in the gutters and trash in the front yard and moss growing on the brick stairs so when it was raining when we got there, it was nice and slippery, and several people almost fell. As well as garbage on the front step. When we got into the house, there was no doormat for wiping your feet off and since it was raining, that was kind of important then, as we all settled in to our rooms, every single room had issues. Several of the bed frames are broken. The child’s bedroom with a bunkbeds have half of the screws missing out of it and it’s not very sturdy at all. My granddaughter’s refused to sleep in there because they were afraid that Bed was going to fall apart on top of them. The back screened in porch Had a few chairs plastic sitting around that were filthy. And there was no door on the screened in back porch. The rooms that were in the basement had water damage, and it was visible underneath the fresh coat of paint there was black mold growing in the bathroom.The shower took forever to get hot and then had no water pressure. The towels were all mismatched and when we arrived there, there was a load of clean towels in the dryer. Nobody had even folded and put them away for our use. Downstairs hallway light did not even turn on and downstairs closet in the one bedroom did not
