Designed by French architect, Pierre Cristol in 1953, Villa Casalina is a spacious Mid-Century Villa located just off the beach and opposite the marina. The sun-drenched roof terrace and lush tropical gardens create an oasis of calm - a world away from everything!
"Casalina" features a beautiful, private tropical garden and sunny roof terrace.
The Villa has been sympathetically renovated to accommodate the needs of modern living whilst respecting it's architectural heritage.
Conveniently located in Golfe Juan, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and Marina, it is one of only a handful of villas that can claim such a privileged location.
The house is surrounded by it's own secluded garden and terraces, offering different areas to dine, relax and enjoy the sun. There is a hot tub and barbecue and don't forget the hammock !
Inside, a light filled verandah leads into a comfortable living area and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is also a laundry room/downstairs WC, and shower room.
Upstairs are 3 comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath tub, separate WC and access to the sunny roof terrace with views across the marina to the sea.
"Casalina" is just a few minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of Golfe Juan and is literally across the road from the Marina, with it's choice of restaurants and bars. Less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of this charming little town, with a diverse selection of shops for all your needs, even a very good Organic supermarket.

The local train station is also less than 10 minutes walk. The famous nightlife of Juan les Pins is only 30 minutes walk along the coast and Cannes only 1 stop on the train.
Once in Golfe Juan, many guest find they don't need a car, as there is a very good train service to Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco and on to Italy.
