I would like to mention, The estate belongs to an artists/educator and the furnishings are cool chic to rustic for a learning eperience filled with heartwarming momentos and kitsch! with a very,
groovy vibe. This is for that special family or group that thrives on art anf stimulation, sports, llts of amenities etc.
We are not just a house with heated pool, hot tub, chef's kitchen (the same kitchen Billy Joel has since we used the same interior decorator) ) and pickleball and tennis, We are a wonderful getaway with numerous sports activities and amenities unequal in any other rental. And if you have children this is definitely the only place for you since we have levels of fun geared to children and adults of all ages. We are a combination of Hamptons estate meet the Catskills meets camp meets the Hilton Hotel, imo

Plus we do far more for your enjoyment, one of a kind stay than any other rental on all vrbo!! imo, Fact. we make the beds for you with clean linens, amke the beds leave you fresh, clean towels, full, chef's kitchen with all the pots, plates pans, etc etc no other host does that, and that is a very special courtesy we extend to you...
And the planning and effort that goes into each and every one of our wonderful rentals is unheard of with any other rental....I feel we are very cost-effective since out competition gets $60k a month to offer what we do for almost 1/2 the price that they do and we bring 3 times the fun, sports and amenities to this place than any other rental on all vrbo, imo.

I am interested to know how many people, what the ages are, what the occasion is and how many day visitors not sleeping over but just attending if any. There were 18 of us 3 generations. The outdoor space was fantastic the kids had a wonderful time. Beaches were close by and only a few minutes from town. Mark was a great host very accommodating and helpful with the lay of the land.

Kids loved the pool - clean and refreshing. Had to use Tiana beach - great beach, clean, not crowded. House could use some repairs though. Overall great vacation.

Overall, we had a great time

The pool, hot tub and tennis court were wonderful and we really used them. The owner of the home was very responsive both before and during our stay, and we appreciated this. There were lots of bedrooms and a good kitchen, so it could accommodate an extended family with babies. The only concern is that the house needs work (e.g. none of the blinds worked) and is quite cluttered. We could deal with this, but it is not for everyone. The owner should put some effort into fixing it up for tenants.

One of the filthiest summer house I've ever seen...

When we arrived, we were very surprised to see that website pictures were quite different from...reality. Firstly, half of the bedrooms are located in a dark basement. Bathrooms are old and filthy. The kitchen was ok but we had only 10 glasses available for a party of 15 people! All the furniture (outdoor and indoor) are old-dated and dirty with a lot of stains everywhere. The jacuzzi's water turned greenish after a couple of hours of use, so we stepped away very quickly. For the rest, do not trust the pictures. I got plenty that i can show to you. My only advice...walk away and very quickly as they are so many beautiful houses in the neighborhood.

Group getaway

As far as the host goes, Mark was incredibly responsive and helpful. In the weeks leading up to the stay, I had a lot of questions and Mark was quick to answer all of them. During our stay, we had some questions and issues that Mark was also quick to address. What we loved about the house: - Outdoor space (pool, tennis court, basketball court) is phenomenal and really well done - The kitchen is a great size for a big group (we made great use of the two fridges, one for food and one for beverages) - 7 bedrooms in the main house and one in the pool house made it easy to accommodate our big group - Big driveway to fit many cars - Close to train station which made it convenient for those in our group who did not drive What we didn't love: - The pool area could use more umbrellas for shade - The toilet lid in the upstairs bathroom was held together by a bandaid on one side - The bed in the downstairs master suite was just mattresses stacked on top of each other - The cabinets and drawers in the house were sticky and overstuffed with items, which made it difficult to find things - Utensils, dishes, pots and pans in the kitchen were dirty - The cabinets and drawers were also filled with junk (there was a half eaten bag of gummy worms in one of the bedroom cabinets upstairs) - The AC unit in the pool house was musty and could use a filter change - The arcade games, while cool, were also very noisy - The "gym" consisted of a very old treadmill that did not work + a rusted barbell

All fun and games

This is the Perfect location, for a weekend getaway if you live in the city. This house was filled with lots to do! Pool, jacuzzi, tennis, volleyball outside and video games a great sound system and board games inside. There was no reason to leave the house. My friends and I had a great time! Thanks Mark

Great House And Host

Had a great time at this house for the weekend with a group of my girl friends! The house was spacious, plenty of beds and bathrooms, large kitchen and a great deck with bbq and large pool! Didn’t even want to leave to go anywhere because everything we needed was at the house The Host Mark was fantastic and helpfulness snd easy to get in contact with the entire process of booking and while being at the rental… Definitely a cool house to stay in either with friends or family

Hamptons Retreat

This was an unbelievable experience for us. The owner was very helpful from day one. The check-in process was smooth. The owner explained all of the amenities inside and outside, gaming rooms, hot tub, kitchen very throughly. This was one of the best experiences for a vacation stay we had in a long time. We recommend this anyone who wants a clean property, spacious bedrooms, fun for all age groups. The service from the owner can be matched.

Not as neat as I would have expected.

The property was way too eclectic for our liking. There was no room to hang anything in closets as they were all stuffed with extra comforters, bedspreads, pillows in no particular order. There were ants in the kitchen and two of the bedrooms. The pool area had plenty of seating but everything needed to be cleaned and my daughter-in-law spent an entire morning cleaning all the outdoor furniture and flooring. There was lots of misc stuff stored in the hot tub room. The basement was claustrophobic and the pool housing was awful. You had to go through the bath room to get to a bedroom. There was no place to hang anything up or put in drawers so the kids lived out of their suitcases. It was messy and had dead plants in the entry way. The pictures did show everything and looked okay but I was hoping for a better situation when we arrived. All the window treatments should be replaced and the house as a whole was quite dark. The "gym" room was unacceptable. Not a gym room. The children did enjoy the arcade games. The pool was fun and our family of 18 made the best of it. I will not be renting this house again.

Great house in Westhampton

The house was amazing and was a great time spending with family. There are many activities on site with the pool, jacuzzi, volleyball and tennis courts and the property is secluded enough from neighbors to feel like you are by yourself. The rooms and house are clean and there are plenty of areas to congregate and relax with family or friends. Mark was a great host and made himself available for any questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Thank you for an Unforgettable Family Reunion

For our vacation, this property was great based on location and value. We planned our family reunion so we would be located close to relatives, have access to the beautiful towns and beaches as well as be able to “easily” venture into the city for those that had never been to NYC before. We also needed a property that had ground floor bedrooms and amenities that would occupy the wide age range of our group. This property met all those criteria. The owner was extremely responsive through the entire process, responding to questions, providing suggestions regarding local markets and area attractions and clearly wants to make sure his renters are happy during their stay. The property is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood situated back off the street with plenty of trees providing a natural privacy screen from the surrounding homes. It is close to a cute downtown for groceries and window shopping. The living room, kitchen and pool areas are directly connected which allowed lots of easy visiting while also keeping an eye on kids in the pool. The pool area provides sunny and shady areas so you can tan or stay cool pretty much all day. As seen in the photos, the house is well stocked with plenty of things to do, but we were lucky to have a week of great weather and under-utilized the available amenities. You would need to live here for a year to make use of all the games, movies and books that are also available. The WiFi was very reliable and supported all of the devices in use. We give this property 4/5 stars mainly because it is not perfect and that is probably because it is popular and frequently rented. For example, all of the appliances that we used worked well but one fridge has a loose handle and one needs the door closed firmly to ensure a good seal. Over time the kitchen has become well-stocked with utensils, pots and pans and that made it difficult to find things at times. None of this presented issues for us but could for those that expect a “Coastal Living” experience.

Our stay with family in June for my daughters 16 birthday

Such a beautiful place in west Hampton. It had been so long since I’d been to the Hamptons. We decided to have a mellow family getaway with some friends to be together for my daughters 16 th birthday. We couldn’t believe the size of this house. Tucked into a small little community. The kitchen massive to cook in and eat. Outside by the pool eating for 20. The pool was beautiful clean fenced in for those that have small kids. Then directly outside the pool was a small path to the tennis and volleyball courts. Everything was fenced in. For those that love their pets, we had our cattle dog with us and still unsure if he would take off, we didn’t have to worry about that at all. He was completely safe. Not many places, actually I can’t think of any that we had complete piece of mind with our dog. The pool house was a great surprise. My daughter had a few friends come and that was a great area for them. A queen a full and bunk beds! With a full bathroom! Mark was a gratuitous host from the beginning.he answered my emails so quickly. He also called me a few times to ask me if we needed anything and to fill me in on what’s around there. The basement massive with every game u could imagine! I’m telling u this is an amazing place... do not bring any toys floats pots pans nothing! In fact we did all our shopping prior.. no need to there is a Best Market maybe 2.5 miles away? Prices are great! Liquor store, pharmacy 7-11 all on the same block! This is a vacation find that we are already planning our next vacation! Oh yeah he has a cleaning crew that comes in prior to your visit, all sheets everything changed u do not need to bring any of that stuff. Mark thank u so much for being g such a great host! We will be back!!! And we can’t wait!!!! Oh wait the beaches are only a few minkes away as well!!!! Beautiful!!!

Beautiful, spacious house with a very well maintained yard/pool

We stayed during September and had a great time! The house was very spacious and accommodating. Everything was provided. There was tons of entertainment, both inside and out. The yard was very well maintained and the pool was beautiful! We had a great time!

Great time for April guys retreat

My cousins and I stayed here this past April. We had a great time playing tennis, beach volleyball, swimming, and relaxing in the hot tube. The house is a 5 minute drive to downtown west hampton dunes. Great place for a large group to relax and soak up some beautiful weather. Each room has a roku and access to netflix or amazon. There is plenty of counter top space and cooking supplies to prepare a gourmet feast

The House and Grounds were Clean, Spacious & Great

Our stay couldn't have been better. My family took a group of our daughters' friends to the house for a few days of luxury lifestyle and fun. The Owner was as nice as could be --available before our stay even started with helpful tips on how to get the best use of all the features at the house. He was available for any texted questions we had and responded within minutes! As for the house and grounds....the pool, hot tub and tennis court were perfect! There's even a pool house with a bathroom so no unnecessary water in the hosue! The girls loved the pool, pool floats, hot tub, tennis courts, arcade games upstairs and ping pong and pool table downstairs. Everyone especially loved having so many bathrooms! We barbecued most meals on the two poolside grills for extra time to play! We even squeezed in a beach visit and some evening time in town before a night swim and spa! Our food and supplies were easily and conveniently delivered by Peapod right into the big kitchen!.. All thumbs up for a great time in Westhampton at this terrific house.

Beautiful and Fun Place to Spend the Summer!

This house was incredible! My family stayed there and we had so much fun inside and house and out! The place was clean and spacious. The host was very attentive and dropped in on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. How kind! Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend!

Our Family Festivus 2017

For many years we were unable to be together for Christmas because three of our six children were in the military at different times and couldn't be home. So - we have 'Festivus' as soon as we can be together. This year we had the pleasure of spending an extended Festivus at Mark's house in West Hampton. We had a wonderful time! The pool table was the biggest hit. We enjoyed looking at all the vintage toys. We couldn't think of one toy that wasn't on display! The children were lost in the toys that were there for play. The kitchen was comfortable and accommodating. We enjoyed cooking - especially breakfast, relaxed in the hot tub, opened our gifts in front of the fireplace and had fun playing pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with every tool (maybe too many tools!). The only regret is that we couldn't make use of the beautiful pool and deck. And, I'm sure the grounds are beautiful when in bloom. We enjoyed identifying all the foliage outside. Mark was very helpful and available for all our questions and needs. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Best Time Ever!

Went away for our 4th annual Multi-family vacation out east. This was the perfect place for us. Enjoyed by kids ranged from age two through 42! The pool and tennis court were a huge hit for all of us. Owner was very accessible to us prior to and during our stay. Couldn't have been better. Super close to town and beach.

Fun Times at a Westhampton funhouse

Just finished a fun weekend with my whole family at the house over the 4th of July weekend. We had a big group - 15 adults+6 kids under 14. The house is unique, with a bit of a carnival atmosphere. It's geared more towards sports and activities, especially for families. Board games, video games, musical instruments, DVDs, streaming media all came in very handy over the 3 nights - impossible not to find something in the house to entertain yourself. The house does feel "lived-in" and that may not be your style if you're looking for a more hotel-style atmosphere. For me, for a family reunion with kids running around, this was actually preferred. The only major negative was that 1 of the bedrooms in the pool house is cramped, so I would say this is a 4.5 star rating. Still, the owner provided a big air mattress, which helped. He was also was very responsive/helpful from start to finish, and that made things much easier for me. I would recommend to anyone with a large group who are looking for a big playpen.

An incredibly versitile and entertaining home for all occasions.

For the second time in four years my friends and I stayed at Mark's beautiful house for three nights during New Years weekend. The house is very spacious, tenchnologically modern, and feels like a home. With a basketball court, tennis court, volley ball court, over 50 board games, video games, a ping pong table, a pool table, hundreds of movies, and an amazing toy museum that is guaranteed to make you nastalgic, it is impossible to get bored in this house. Every room has a television and is equipped with cable and/or netflix. The livingroom sound system was perfect for our New Years Eve countdown celebration. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. The sleeping areas are excellent as the house has three master-sized bedrooms. Mark is a straight shooter, is very easy to work with, and has always been easy to reach. I very much recommend the property and look forward to renting it again in the future.

One of the best vacations ever

We were a group of 15+ friends and family who stayed the week of July 4th in this house. We had a rocking great time. The house has every possible amenity imaginable with enough beds, towels and linen for a group twice our size. The pool and the hot tub were a great hit with our group. We also enjoyed playing tennis on the beautiful clay court. The various arcade games including the 70s era pin ball machine kept the children and even some adults busy. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with condiments, utensils, garbage bags, cutlery and glassware for the evening booze parties. The large island in the kitchen and the awesome entertainment hub in the adjoining living room, complete with apple TV and Netflix, made the evening gatherings fun. Mark is a delightful, gracious and very helpful host and he was just a text message away for any question we might have had. All in all an absolutely amazing vacation. We'd definitely return for a stay here.

Amazing Home!

I stayed at this lovely home with a few friends and had a great time! The home is very spacious with plenty of things to do. We played basketball, tennis, pool, and other games. Even though it rained most of our stay we truly enjoyed the house. We would definitely stay here again.

fun house, you will never get bored!

I celebrated my birthday here with a group of 15+ friends and we had a great time. The house was very easy to find. There is so much to do in the house you will never get bored. We were all impressed with the collection of toys movies and memorabilia as well as a fun ping pong table and pool table in the basement. The arcade games were a nice touch and many of my friends spent hours glued to them. The pool is beautiful! We were so lucky the weather turned out to be hot, sunny, with clear skies during our entire stay. It was nice to have enough chairs to lay out poolside as well as having tables on the deck to just sit and relax. The grill was easy to use and the cooler outside was a plus to keep drinks cool. All the rooms were comfortable and clean and we were really glad there were enough bathrooms to accommodate our entire group. Mark provided us all the information we needed before and during our stay. He was very honest and accommodating throughout the entire experience answering all my questions and making helpful suggestions for our first time in the Hamptons. I would recommend this property to other groups of friends and families looking for a fun but also relaxing getaway.

Mark is Awesome!

This was a very special trip for me as I was proposing to my gf. It was a complete surprise that she has no idea about. When I spoke with Mark he was so supportive of the idea and able to accommodate me any way he possibly could have. We stayed here for 2 weeks with family and friends. People coming and going. The house was spacious, plenty of rooms and a fantastic pool! The tennis court was a big hit along with the game rooms downstairs. Mark you have an awesome property which has something for everyone. I appreciate all that you did and really taking time out to help me and be on board with my proposal. I cannot thank you enough my friend!

IN MY OPINION this Hampton estate rental has everything for family fun, luxury and the best vacation ever! imo. West hampton Beach area, 4 miles away, is the most family oriented area in all New York with lots of family activities dining and fun. A very comfortable place for families and friends. Think of our estate as: Luxury hamptons meets Sports resort, meets the Catskills with that campy feeling of sleepaway camp an unbeatable experience for families packed with all the fun and games and SPORTS!!!
