We loved the condo. There were a few issues with the bifold doors and the screen porch on the balcony. But other than that everything else was nice. The view was awesome!

I have stayed at cinnamon Beach properties numerous times throughout the last 15 years I was a little disappointed that there was nothing in this condo, not even salt and pepper, but the view was beautiful and it was clean

Winter Delight at Cinnamon Beach

More than comfortable condo and well appointed with kitchen appliances and equipment. Clean and spacious. Wifi functioned the entire visit. Artistically decorated which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Girls Getaway

The property was beautiful and decorated so nice. Well stocked kitchen and amazing views. The only downfall was the extra linens in the linen closet were dirty, so we had to wash them before we could use them. Definitely one thing that should be checked prior to new guests checking in.

Serene ocean views from the nicely decorated condominium. The weather was horrible with a tropical storm, but we still enjoyed the view. I have stayed at Cinnamon Beach a few times and would be interested in purchasing this unit if the owner has any interest in selling. Thank you!

Great place

This is a great unit. Beautifully decorated and well stocked. The only complain we had was the beds. The master and queen bed in the second bedroom need to be replaced. They're super soft- sunken in soft. My husband ended up sleeping on one of the twins the last two nights. The rocks in front of the property aren't that bad. They're there but there are spots where there aren't any and our party could easily swim. We would definitely visit again.

Beautiful place and great value.

Pros: - Incredible value for the money. - Beautiful view, well decorated, and very comfortable. - plenty of places to walk your dog - covered garage so car is not exposed to elements. - gated community provides complete safety Cons: - my entry key did not work upon arrival which was easily sorted out once I found the phone number to call, but was quite frustrating after driving for two days - dryer had a habit of stopping before my clothes were dry. possibly user error, but I have a similar model at home. - there is a toll bridge you have to go through every time you enter the community; it's not a lot of money but it did kind of dampen my enthusiasm to explore the local area.

Great ocean view

We have stayed at several different condos at Cinnamon Beach. This condo has an excellent ocean front view and the cathedral ceilings make the unit feel very spacious. We suggest replacing the mattresses based on being too soft and worn. Several lights in the kitchen and one of the power recliners need to be repaired, which has been reported to management. The rocks at the beach make it difficult/dangerous to swim in the ocean, but beautiful views. The resort grounds appear very well maintained.

The unit needs a complete makeover

This unit needs a deep clean. In between couch cushions was sticky and dirty. Recline on couch did not work. Fans did not work properly, sliding glass door was extremely hard to open. No sponges in the kitchen. The master bed was in need of replacement. There wasn't a blender, however, the property management bought one and delivered to our unit. The plastic Adirondack chairs on the patio were cracked and risky to sit in. Not enough towels. Just a lot of things wrong with this unit. We have stayed at Cinnamon Beach close to a dozen times and this was by far the worst unit we stayed in. I hate to complain, and I don't usually leave reviews, but I was sent 3 emails asking for a review and had to give my honest opinion. The unit needs a complete remodel.

Please Read - Unbelievably bad experience and management was unwilling to resolve

Checked in late to find unit not touched after last guest. Beds we filthy one with bodily fluids, trash cans full, floors dirty unit not worth staying in but no hotels close for me to book so we had to stay. After calling they were unable to move us to another unit or clean. To make it suitable for sleep we had to clean the unit including fluids off the bed. They did come clean the unit the next day. The issues with the cleaning was not the only issue with this property and management. We unable to check in to property because the property is not renter friendly. Because they did not file additional detailed paperwork properly it took 30 minutes to get past the front gate. In addition the next day they would not allow past front gate others in our party who were on the list not listed as a driver as a result had to park one that cars 4 miles outside the property transfer bags and drive them in with a registered car and registered driver. The worst part is I called five times (during and after our stay) to work out something fair with the owner / management. They were unwilling to do anything except refund cleaning fee (which was not refunded). I let them know I was willing to pay for the other nights just not the first. As of today I had to pay full price. I did not accept the cleaning fee because I thought it was more important to let people know my experience. Sadly, this is the only bad review I have ever written in my life.

762 Cinnamon Beach Rocks!

This is exactly what Iā€™ve been looking for! Close to home in Jax. Easy convenient to get to in less than an hour. The view is incredible. The condo is decorated amazingly! The grounds are immaculate around the Ocean Hammock Community. I loved so many choices to walk my 2 dogs either on the beach, by the lakes, or just throughout the community. I loved everything about i!

Family beach vacation

We were very pleased with the condo. We had everything we needed and even some extras. My family all agreed that we need to get the same couch for home! The pool and beach were beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view!

When you open the front door you are greeted by a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo has had a recent update with all new coastal furnishings. The neighborhood is beautiful! There are 2 pools within a 5 min walk. The condo was clean. If I had to pick apart something the bathtub and shower could use some updating due to rust in the tub and some caulking needed but other than that the condo is beautiful .

Great view and plenty of room

Overall our experience was good. The condo could use some updating as far the furniture in the main living area and master bedroom. It did not have a beach feel. When stripping the beds to leave we noticed the pillows are in bad need of being replaced. They were soiled/stained. The furniture on the balcony was rusted and also needed to be updated. This condo is an excellent location, but I feel you could get more guests if some updates were made.
