Located in Cinnamon Beach, your family and friends will enjoy the open concept layouts and multiple outdoor spaces including a private pool. Being located near Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine and Daytona. Although once you arrive at Latitude Adjustment, you may never want to leave.

When you enter the home, you are immediately at ease. The 1st level is an ideal entertainment space with a TV, games and wet bar. This space leads out to the private pool and covered patio that overlooks the lake. Grill out in the outdoor kitchen or relax by the pool.

The 1st floor also hosts a guest bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a TV. The 1st level Full Bathroom is convenient for the 1st floor guests hanging out in the entertainment/ Pool spaces.

You may take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor, which boasts an expansive open-concept living, dining and kitchen, decorated in a coastal design with nautical touches. In the living room watch your favorite movies while the fireplace warms up the space. But the true show-stopper is the expansive views from the balcony overlooking the lake. This is an ideal spot for the whole family to gather and recharge near the sea.

The kitchen on the 2nd floor features double ovens and a dish washer to spend more time relaxing. Smell the coffee brewing from the Keurig and sip it from the bar seating at the counter. Make mealtime memorable by gathering the whole family around the dining table that seats 10. The 2nd floor also hosts a Half Bath and Laundry Room.

2 additional guest suites are on this 2nd level. Both of these bedrooms host Queen beds. The Full Bathroom on this level is between the 2 queen bedrooms with a walk-in shower.

Ascend the staircase or the elevator to the 3rd floor to the King Master Suite. From this private suite relax in the King bed with a TV and your private balcony. From the 3rd Floor Balcony you get a glimpse of the Ocean and feel the ocean breezes as you decompress from your day. The private Master Bathroom is a secluded paradise . Wash-away the day in the walk-in shower or soaking tub for relaxation.

When you want to head to the beach, utilize the beach supplies at the home. Take some Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella in the Beach Cart for your short stroll to the beach.
