Experience beautiful Solera Chandler Community in our 2 bedroom + office, 2 bath home and all the amenities the community has to offer during all the seasons in gorgeous Arizona. The Solera Community is located in the southernmost part of Chandler, Arizona near the beautiful San Tan Mountains and with the the Lone Tree Golf course winding through the neighborhood.

*Golf

Several wonderful golf courses are close by so you can always have a new challenge! Visit Bear Creek, Ironwood, or San Marcos.

*Community Center
With this rental you will have access to the Solera Community Center that is a short 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the house. There is a one-time fee of $15 per person to enjoy all activities it has to offer!
Outdoor activities at the Center include lap pool, spa, swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, ping pong, corn hole. Indoor activities include a pottery room and classes, Quilting room, library complete with books and magazines, game room, billiard room, multipurpose room, and ballroom for hosting events. Social activities such as dancing lessons, card games (bridge, cribbage, Bunco, mahjongg, pinochle, poker), Bingo and more. Fitness gym complete with treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals and a variety of resistance/strength machines and equipment. Classes like yoga, water aerobics, etc are available. As well as men’s and women’s fellowship bible study groups and a hiking group!

The rental includes 2 bikes (1 women's/1 men's). Feel free to use it around the community and outside as well. Chandler is a bike friendly city with designated bike paths.

*Hiking
Enjoy the surrounding area views while hiking. We are within 20-40 minute driving distance to the San Tan Mountains, Superstition Mountains, South Mountain and Usery Park area. All have numerous beautiful desert hikes with a variety of difficulty levels that are accessible all year long.

*Downtown Chandler
Downtown Chandler is especially nice with a plethora of restaurants, shops, and entertainment just 15 minutes away. There are also several events throughout the year like a BBQ Festival, Fine Art and Wine Festival and farmers markets. The city of Chandler and neighboring cities all offer wonderful restaurants, bars and breweries with lots of entertainment options.
